Display a live time reservation update which shows the latest bookings
If you want to know, what or how many reservation were coming in today, you have to go through reports and filter by creation date etc., which is very complicated for just having a live update, especially in high demand days like fairs.
It would be more convenient if you could put an extra button on the dashboard under reservations like "update reservation". So that it is also possible to check this from outside or if you just want to have a quick check for the day.8 votes -

Add an extra column on the left of the Space Status report to divide spaces by building, then floor, then spaces.

We’ve updated your request from “Display emails in customer statistics” to “Display emails in Customer profiles Arrival report” as the customer statistics report only represents numerical information.

Column of "print count" in the bill and invoices report
In Italy we are facing the issue, that each invoice has to be print out on a specific invpice paper and only one time. So the night receptionists have to keep track of all the bills closed on one day which they do by using the bill and invoices report. It would be even more helpful to have an extra column added with the amount of prints so that they don't have to click in each bill.

Add header filters in reports (alphabetical & amount)
To be able to click on each columns of the reservation report and to have the possibility to filter all the info by ascending order for example. If they are trying to find which customer paid his reservation the most expensive they would like to click on rate and to filter it.

We would like to have a single group registration card that can be printed with all relevant guest details and companion names for a more efficient and quicker check-in process.

Display space number on bills with service products
Currently, when creating a product under Services, the details of the stay will appear on the bill. With making this possible, the product created under Services will appear on bills as well.

Add a cancelation Reason field for a product cancellation
When cancelling a product from Orders, the status changes to cancelled, however, no reason is provided.
It is confusing for a reception as they might not understand why some items were cancelled.7 votes -

Have a possibility to add segment to the product. Also have an option to add (choose) segment to the product maually in the reservation module.

Delay or even cancel the pop-ups on Occupancy and Availability screens
Delay or even cancel the pop-ups on Occupancy and Availability screens. They are incredibaly anoying when you are trying to look at data, and they constantly pop-up or down above, below when you hoover over your availability and occupancy screen.
Please make sure there is a small delay, i.e. when you stopt for 0,5 seconds that it pops up.

Automatically create tasks when bookings are modified
Sometimes, staff is not made aware when a booking may be modified, which is frustrating as they may be forced to check their email more often than they would like. To help keep everyone informed, the system could automatically create tasks when a booking is modified to be processed by staff as they are received.

Display all billing details in one line
Having an additional file where a bill number, the total price, the base price and the vat price appears in the same line per each reservation.
