Réservation de groupe: pouvoir supprimer la liste des occupants après le check out
Nous accueillons chaque semaine une compagnie qui réserve 10 à 12 chambres chaque fois et invite de nouvelles personnes chaque fois.
Le nom de ces personnes reste dans le profil paymaster que nous avons créé pour cette compagnie. Alors qu'elles ne vont pas revenir , il faudrait supprimer cette liste d'occupants de chambres car inutile et encombrante4 votesHello all,

Reservations Overview
Hello,
There need to be a Overview function, a function where all reservations shows up in a detailed list which where you can filter directly on the overview either on name A-Ö, ratecodes, floor in the hotel or roomtype just as some examples.ex. Click with mouse on name+ enter and all reservations shows in order from letter A, click on a specific rate + enter and all reservations booked with that rate shows in order from the top, click on a name ex. Restricted rate layout on Reservations page
After the recent update, the Reservation page feels more cluttered when displaying restricted rates. Previously, only the text “Restricted” was shown, which made it clear and easy to distinguish these rates.
Now that both the price and the “Restricted” label are displayed, it’s less clear. We would prefer the previous layout, as it was cleaner and easier to work with.

less unnecessary updates form mews and a way to give feedback
Why does Mews changes things for no reason? where is the back button on reservation gone? when I do my reservations checks, once I'm finished, I had to click back 5-6 times before it takes me back to the reservation report. Also, not impressed with new reservation report - you seem to have to re-enter all the filters every time you try to go back to original reservations list!

mobile amenities - should be able to be managed centrally in Mews
Mobile amenities that are not part of the standard room equipment (e.g., extra beds, baby cots, diaper bins, children's stools, coffee/tea service, bathrobes) should be able to be managed centrally in Mews. Currently, mobile, limited-availability amenities cannot be centrally represented in Mews. Hotels are forced to work with external lists or manual coordination to track availability and usage. This leads to a lack of transparency regarding availability, double bookings, increased coordination efforts between reception and housekeeping, and potential guest dissatisfaction. Keep room lock when arrival or departure date or time is changed
Description
When adjusting a reservation’s arrival or departure date or time, the existing room lock is currently removed. This creates a risk that the lock is forgotten and the room is unintentionally reassigned, which leads to operational issues for the front desk and reservations teams.Feature request
Please ensure that when arrival or departure dates or times are changed, the existing room lock on the space is retained automatically. This would remove the need for staff to manually remember to reapply the lock and reduce errors in daily operations.Why this matters

Display cancellation tags does not match cancellation policy
Currently, the cancellation tag in the MEWS booking engine is not flexible enough.
The logic is fixed on the system side:
Cancellation on the day of arrival = automatically 2:00 p.m. or defined check-in time.
Cancellation X days before arrival = automatically 12:00 a.m.
Individual cancellation times cannot be displayed. Rates such as “cancellable until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival” or “14 days before arrival until 2:00 p.m.” cannot be displayed correctly.
A manual adjustment of the time per rate in the cancellation tag would be necessary in order to display the cancellation conditions correctly and transparently.

Transfer Space Categories to Different Service
Currently, Mews does not allow users to transfer space categories to different bookable services; instead, users have to be manually recreated in the new service. It would be beneficial and useful if we could create a transfer process (Rates, Products included)

Check in Script 1-2-3
I’m missing a proper script for check-in at the reception, which would make the process more structured and consistent, while ensuring that important steps are not overlooked.
I imagine a button such as “Auto Check-In”, which would clearly guide the staff through the following steps:
Settle or verify the guest folio if not already done
Check and acknowledge the guest’s loyalty membership status, or invite them to join the program
Offer upselling or room upgrades
Generate the key
Confirm check-in completion

Product limit
Two customer scenarios highlight gaps in the current product setup:
Per-person products/fees (e.g., spa/massage): For spaces that accommodate multiple guests (e.g., a villa for 12), only some may use a service (e.g., 4 guests want a spa). Currently, there’s no way to select a quantity per product for partial occupancy.
Pet fees: Customers want to charge per pet (e.g., $30 per dog) and allow multiple pets to be added. Currently, the only workaround is creating separate products for each pet count (e.g., “Pet Fee – 1 dog” $30, “Pet Fee – 2 dogs” $60), which is cumbersome.

View only access to rates and rategroups
It would be helpful to have a view-only access to the rates and rategroups in the settings so that employees, who are not admins in Mews, can see the conditions and policies of all rates.
Alternatively, it would be a big help to be able to see the rate description on the reservation when hovering over the rate with the mouse. Right now, if you are not an admin in Mews, you are not able to find or see the rate descriptions of for example OTA bookings, which is impacting our daily operations. This add on would be a great…

Add a drop down button above the timeline view to switch service
It would be nice to be able to quickly switch the context (bookable service) from the timeline view. Often we need to quickly look up something from the timeline in another service (parking or conference room). Currently it is necessary to go to the dashboard, switch to the other service, and then access the timeline again.

Link task to allotment block
It would be nice to be able to link task directly to the allotment block. It would be easier to locate the block already before any rooms have been picked up. We have several users handling the blocks and making adjustments to the room account, so this would help a lot.

Occupancy based availability blocks
Currently when an availability block is created, you can only block a space category overall. What would be beneficial to see an accurate ADR forecast/OTB for the future, is to be able to block rooms based on single or double occupancy.
For example, we block 8 rooms Standard as Single Occ. and 2 rooms Standard as Double Occ. with 2 different rates, so the ADR is calculated correctly. Currently it is only based on one rate and then adjusts once picked up based on occupancy adjustments, but for forecasting this is no use.
