Which types of groups would you typically add "terms' for? For example corporates or leisure.

Fände ich auch sehr wichtig, dass es zumindest bei gewissen Userlevels hinterlegt werden kann dass die Restriktion umgangen wird.
Vielleicht könnte man das wirklich in den Benutzerberechtigungen so hinterlegen?

Idea:
It would be extremely useful to introduce two new restriction options that control rate availability based on room count – both on the reservation level and the daily inventory level. These are different use cases but equally important for pricing strategies.
1. Reservation-based restriction: Min/Max rooms per booking
What we need:
A setting that makes a rate bookable only from X rooms or only up to X rooms within one reservation.
Why:
Group rates: Should appear only when a reservation contains at least 10 rooms.
Promo / early bird / code rates: Should be limited to a small number of rooms per booking (e.g. max 2 rooms) to avoid misuse by larger groups.
This would reduce manual checks, prevent incorrect bookings, and improve segmentation.
2. Inventory-based restriction: Max rooms per day for a specific rate
What we need:
A restriction that caps how many rooms per day can be sold under a specific rate (e.g. “Early Bird available for the first 10 rooms/day”).
Why:
Currently, it’s possible to restrict by category, but not by a simple daily room limit across the whole inventory.
For revenue management, this is essential to avoid overselling discounted inventory.
Use cases:
Limited Early Bird / Flash Sale availability
Controlled promotions without manual closures
Protecting higher BAR levels once the daily allocation is sold
