Easier identification of groups
It would be great to have a way to visually identify which members belong to the same group within the timeline and check-in screen.
For example, groups could be represented through color coding, icons, or visual markers. This would make it immediately clear at a glance who belongs together, without having to check details or hover over tooltips.
Possible approaches could include:
Assigning a unique color to each group (e.g. pastel backgrounds or small colored indicators).
Adding group icons or symbols next to each member’s name.
Displaying group borders or headers to clearly separate teams or related entries.
This improvement would make the interface more intuitive and reduce time spent identifying relationships between users, rooms, or reservations — especially helpful for larger properties or during busy operational periods.

1'00000% agreed! I just shot this to my specialists.. I def want color for groups - because it is IMPOSSIBLE to see who belongs together.. we are a "family" hotel means some families book 4 rooms the others 5 but they all belong together - so id rather have them colored to spot it right away. I would appreciate if you adjust this in the system ASSAAAPPPP. Thankssss - regards from Switzerland

Agree! It helps a bit in Timeline where the same group is black (when you have clicked on one of the bookings) but could be more clear.
Also we would really like to sort the reservtion overview report by groups as well. -

Agreed -- we manually add "**" for travel agency bookings (handled differently), and "^^" before each corporate/group booking reservation (so front desk knows those are all billed/grouped), and have other markers for different group types.

Really helpful for large hotels, we have 412 rooms and 16 room categories. Most of our groups (20–40 rooms with 2-3 space categories) want to stay on the same floor or close to each other. This feature would be a great way to ensure that without having to manually lock each room allocation every time.

Be able on the timeline or in the group booking to put a color to see on timeline when a group is arriving or to see different type of vip is in arrival.

Differentiate between group bookings (several rooms) and individual customers.
