Add a field to reservation/getAll API: Confirmation Email (and other emails) was sent TRUE/FALSE
For guest communication it would be helpful to have a field exposed to Connector API with the information whether or not a confirmation email has been sent for the reservation. Same is true for pre-Stay, On-Prem, etc.

Add Webhook ServiceOrderCreated
It is helpful to have a separate webhook event for ServiceOrderCreated (Additionally to ServiceOrderUpdated) to discriminate new from changed reservations. Similar to Customer, where both events have a separate webhook.

AI analysis of reservation notes and turn it into structured data
Hi!
Sometimes we receive a ton of information about the guest or the reservation via reservation notes from OTAs / TAs that are not structured and thus currently cannot be used to enhance the guest profile or reservation with structured data. LLM-AI analysis could potentiall understand the notes and make filter usable information and turn it into structured data.
Example:
Guest preferences: often times "high floor" "bath tub" "balcony" "quite room" "away from elevators" etc. are added to the reservation notes. matching those to the guest preferences available in profiles and space features before assigning a room would allow the…5 votes -

Resdiary table booking through the Mews booking engine
We would like to give the guest possibility to book a table in Mews Booking Engine - and it should be possible to book a table in Guest Portal - we are using integration ResDiary. Their answer:
As this integration was developed and is managed by Mews, they are best to check with them if there are any planned improvements and any requests to their team for consideration.

GetAllReservations ChannelNumber
The GetAllReservations (ver 2023-06) Request does not support the ChannelNumber anymore (like it did in the deprecated version). For our Kiosk solution this is an essential, as guests from OTA's usually only know their Channel Confirmation Number.
Could you please extend the GetAllReservations Request with ChannelNumber befor discontinuing the deprecated version?Thanks

Event temple posting as a package is missing VAT split and amount of persons
Posting from Event Temple to Mews, package. This package needs to be transferred per person "Meeting 10 persons x á 500 DKK - total 5000 DKK.
At this moment we get "Meeting 5000 DKK". The VAT must be specified on a bill in Denmark by the Danish law. (vat room, vat breakfast, vat food and drinks, vat meeting room rent).
The guest can not see how many persons there were to this meeting (do not work with companies)

Age categories in MEWS
Issue: MEWS supports up to 5 age categories, but only 2 can sync with Siteminder. When using 3+ categories, reservations with children/teens require manual review in MEWS, as it only processes 2 categories correctly. Siteminder sends the data correctly, but MEWS does not fully support it.
Request: Enable MEWS to support more than 2 age categories when integrating with Channel Managers.

More specialised Webhooks (e.g., only when reservation Status changes from Confirmed to Strarted)
We would like to propose more specialised Webhooks.
Not every change to the reservation, for example, is needed for every use case. Instead, only changes to specific fields are interesting for (for example the status).
