Child Pricing on Products
Mews should accurately allocate the price across different age categories. For instance, if a reservation includes products with child pricing, Mews should distribute the total cost based on child pricing and not just equally. For example, if the total price is 67.5 and the reservation has 2 adults and 1 child, the distribution should be 27 (adult price) multiplied by 2 (adults) and 13.5 (child price) multiplied by 1 (child).

Open "Chat with us" messages to Integrators/Third-party services
Within Mews mails sent out to guests, there is a “Chat with us” button that allows guests to initiate conversations with the hotel. These messages can currently only be viewed inside of MEWS itself and not within third-party integrations/services.
By allowing other services or integrators to access these messages, integrators would be able to enhance their service offerings by providing a unified communication platform, improve operational efficiency by centralizing guest interactions.

Configurable "grace period" for key cutter integrations
enable a "grace period" for key cutter integrations to account for late checkouts, etc. When a guest adds a late check-out to their reservation, or when we enter it as a product, it should change the time to whatever the late check-out in that property is

POS Integration - Portugal
At the moment, we can't sell Mews POS in Portugal due to lack of certification and we don't have other POS which we integrate with. Most of the prospects have PMS + POS solution with local Portuguese providers.

Connector API: Settlement Rules
There is no means for integrators to inform guests how or when their payment will be settled in MEWS.
It would be helpful if MEWS could expose this in the rateGroups/getAll endpoint.

add accounts/getAll endpoint with possibility to filter by AccountId
The new reservations/getAll endpoint & the new bills/getAll endpoint both use a new AccountId(s) field. This field can contain a customer or a company.
In the case of the reservation AccountIds field, we would possibly need to do two requests per AccountId to fetch the required information.
It would be a lot easier if there was an accounts/getAll endpoint where we could fetch the information with just a single request.
