  4. The hotel receive from Synxis reservations and are able to receive in guest profile information relate to the loyalty program. The hotel received this information in the guest profile:
    -The loyalty program
    -Membership Number
    -Membership level

    The request was for:
    -Marriott Bonvoy
    -Preferred hotels and resorts

  6. Add "Voucher Redemption" as payment type for the payments/addExternal request. This allows external voucher tools (e.g. Incert) to specify the payment type when adding a voucher to a customer's bill as payment.

  11. Resdiary table reservations are created and managed in the guest profile via a separate tab. This really works great!
    But it would be very helpful if you could also see the reservation in the room reservation, or at least a symbol that there is a table reservation.

  13. Es wäre super einen zusätzlichen Filter im Marketplace zu haben, um in den jeweiligen Kategorien noch feiner zu sortieren. Z.b. in 'Gebäudemanagement' nur die Schlüsselsysteme zu finden.
    In der Kategorie 'Gebäudemanagement' sind eine Vielzahl mehr Themen und es ist wirklich schwer entsprechende Anwendungen rauszufinden.

  14. In addition to the "Connector API: Settlement Rules" request (see link), it would be really helpful to see the details of all planned and triggered settlement rules per reservation.

    So we could more accurately inform the guests how and when their payment will be settled and charge them immediately if an already triggered settlement request has failed.

The new "Simple modification and re-issue of issued debit invoices or closed invoices" function means that payments are received from the payment/getall or accountingitem/getall endpoints that should not be considered as payments from an accounting point of view, as they do not generate a cash flow.
    However, there is currently no way of identifying them, apart from excluding all payments that are not associated with an accounting category.

  18. In the Rates API, I can search by "ExternalIdentifier", which is "Rate key" in the UI.

    Under Space Category in the UI, I also have a "Space category key", which, however, is NOT searchable by "ExternalIdentifier" in Resource(Categories)/GetAll.

    This seems odd to me, because I can only imagine that that is there for the same intended purpose as with "Rate key". However, it is not implemented. Could this be implemented, please?

  19. enable a "grace period" for key cutter integrations to account for late checkouts, etc. When a guest adds a late check-out to their reservation, or when we enter it as a product, it should change the time to whatever the late check-out in that property is

  20. Mews to delver the bluetooth email to customers when the customer checks in on line. At present bluetooth keys need to be 'cut' when the customer is checking in at desk - which kind of defeats the purpose of this function.

    We are integrated with Onity - other PMS systems have this function. So surely Mews can deliver this with ease.
