    J'aimerais proposer de pouvoir appliquer des restrictions à des produits. Pour l'instant, il est seulement possible d'en créer pour des tarifs/groupes tarifaires.

    Par exemple, nous voulons offrir l'option de réserver l'accès au circuit thermal de notre spa lors des réservations en ligne, toutefois, notre spa est fermé le lundi. De ce fait, nous ne pouvons ajouter cette option aux services supplémentaires puisque nous ne voulons pas que les gens puissent réserver pour cette journée spécifique. Si je mets le produit à 0$ pour les lundis, nous allons avoir des plaintes, donc ce n'est pas une solution pour nous. Ce…

  2. Currently there is no notification about changes to identity documents or changes to addresses of the customers. If you want to make sure that you have up-to-date information about customer's address and identity documents you have to query all customer's addresses and identity documents periodically.

    Please create a webhook (or websocket) notification for these changes. As an alternative solution, you could trigger the 'CustomerUpdated' webhook when the address and/or identity document of the customer is updated.

  3. Mews currently limits the interval length for the connection to the channel manager OpenGDS to 365 days. It would make sense to extend the interval length to 430 days, for example.

  4. When it comes to upgrades and space allocation, the internal flow is different for connector API than it is for channel mgr API, so Mews will not re-assign a new space based on the requested space category change, and the user will need to manually assign the spaces on the Mews side

    It would be nice to consider adding that possibility so Mews can also send proper availability updates to the integrations as a result. Waiting on a user to act could potentially create unnecessary OVBs during high occupancy.

  5. Every Night we have to perform a 'Rate Check" to verify the details of the guests who check in in the next days are all correct in our system. This means comparing the Reservation Confirmation (as an Excel sheet) with other sources.

    It would be helpful to be able to produce a standardised "Reservation sheet" just for this purpose with only a select number of columns (e.g. arrival date, departure date, products) as this would really speed up our process.

  6. Currently, if you set up a restriction in Mews, it will updated and pushed to your channel manager at the time of your check in, unless you proceed to a manual update. Why ?! If I want to limit sales or close them on a particular date on a specific chanel, I want it effective immediatly... Thanks.

  8. To be able to read and write Mews Email Templates in Guest Experiences via the Mews Connector REST API, allowing us to integrate with other email template building platforms or create custom integrations.

    We have design systems and components authored in other platforms. When we update these design systems we would like to automate the update of our email templates across all of our properties.

    To be able to commit html templates to version control systems e.g. git and CI/CD pipelines.

    1. Sitzungsdauer individuell einstellen
    Anforderung:
    Das Hotel soll definieren können, wie lange ein Mitarbeiter nach dem Login angemeldet bleibt, bevor er sich erneut authentifizieren muss.
    Technische Lösung:
    • Einstellung der Session Timeout-Dauer
    • Implementierung einer inaktiven Sitzungszeitbegrenzung: Automatisches Ausloggen bei Inaktivität.
    2. Passwortwechsel-Intervall festlegen
    Anforderung:
    Das System muss erzwingen können, dass Passwörter regelmäßig geändert werden
    3. Passwortänderung beim nächsten Login erzwingen
    Anforderung:
    Nach einem bestimmten Ereignis soll der Benutzer beim nächsten Login zur Passwortänderung gezwungen werden können.

  11. Wenn Änderungen in den Grundeinstellungen von Mews vorgenommen werden, z.B. Änderungen der Stornierungsrichtlinien oder Zahlungsbedingungen, sollte es die Möglichkeit geben, entscheiden zu können, ob die Änderung auch auf alle bereits bestehenden Änderungen zutreffend ist oder nur fü kommende Reservierungen.

    If changes are made to the basic settings in Mews, such as modifications to the cancellation policies or payment terms, there should be an option to decide whether the change should also apply to all existing reservations or only to future ones.

  12. LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude.ai and others are used on a daily basis and help to simplify numerous everyday problems. It would therefore be important for Mews to build an integration for such models. For example, data such as ADR, sales, payment types, but also reservation data and availability should be able to be queried via an LLM and vice versa. Integration with common LLMs is now long overdue.

  13. Posting from Event Temple to Mews, package. This package needs to be transferred per person "Meeting 10 persons x á 500 DKK - total 5000 DKK.
    At this moment we get "Meeting 5000 DKK". The VAT must be specified on a bill in Denmark by the Danish law. (vat room, vat breakfast, vat food and drinks, vat meeting room rent).
    The guest can not see how many persons there were to this meeting (do not work with companies)

  15. Currently, most Reservation Sync logs only note the reservationID string to communicate the necessary sync details to the CHM partner.

    However, some clients can find such details not very user-friendly when attempting to troubleshoot the matter. Is there a way to consider adding some other details that would assist the client an easier way to search for the relevant booking, especially when there is an error or warning? >> Essentially, something that is searchable either in Mews or the CHM extranet. Such as Mews or the OTA's Confirmation Ref Number.

  16. Include the possibility to retrieve reservation data based on the booking ID or external locator, so we can get the data of a specific reservation. This is important so we can log in users to different platforms based in their booking ID they have access to and match to the one from their PMS

  17. Issue: MEWS supports up to 5 age categories, but only 2 can sync with Siteminder. When using 3+ categories, reservations with children/teens require manual review in MEWS, as it only processes 2 categories correctly. Siteminder sends the data correctly, but MEWS does not fully support it.

    Request: Enable MEWS to support more than 2 age categories when integrating with Channel Managers.
