In the Housekeeping Allocation Week View, it would be very useful to see who actually marked a room as Inspected – even when that person was not originally assigned to the room.

In daily operations, rooms are often inspected by another housekeeper or supervisor than the person originally assigned. At the moment, the Week View does not reflect this, which means we cannot quickly see who actually performed the inspection.

The information already exists, but finding it requires going into the Cleaning Times Analytics or opening the individual room activity log. This works for auditing a single room, but it is far too time-consuming for everyday housekeeping management.

Suggested solution:
Show the user who actually changed the room status to Inspected directly in the Week View – for example as the displayed inspector, a secondary name, or information available on hover.

This would make the Week View much more useful as an operational overview and allow housekeeping managers to immediately see who actually inspected each room.
