Resend Online Check-out Email
Would be nice to be able to remind the guests to check-out online via mews mailing. This way, if the guest leaves, we can prompt them to click the link and settle their account instead of calling them to chase payment

Kiosk App Update Timing
Update Timing Kiosk App: it would be very helpful to have a way of being able to determine the period in which the kiosk app receives its update? Since we have been using the app, it has repeatedly happened that the app receives an update just when guests have arrived and are waiting to be checked in. The update takes time which the guests do not have. So maybe it would be an idea to design it so that we as users of the app can decide when to download the current update - after we have received a message…

Add company sector of business
It would be great to have the possibility of adding a company sector of business (healthcare, hospitality, ...) and be able to filter data and analytics based on this information.

Verification (3DS) email
The email our guests receive state “ "We can't process your payment for Merlet until it has been verified. Unfortunately, if it's not verified in 24 hours, your order could be canceled" we think is is not very welcoming, especially in these challenging times. Is is possible to personalize or change this message?.

Mews "Profile creation/Customer added" email - Template
When a new guest file is created, the following mail is automatically sent to the guest. From my point of view there are the following possibilities for improvement:
- The mail should be written more individually (ex. salutation and other text). It would be helpful if there is a separate template for this.

Reservation Custom Fields or Tags
Having the ability to add custom fields to the operator system would be extremely helpful for specific use cases outside of the general hotelier playbook. Tags would also achieve the same result.
Example: ability to tag or flag reservations with "vehicle information" or "Missing ID" etc would allow for fine tuning reports. Currently, we have to add product rules with no value to flag reservations. It's a workaround, but would love to see the addition of tags and custom reservation fields.

Export of booker email address
When you make an export of the reservation report grouped by booker, you won't have a column for the email address of the booker. It would be nice if this could be added for marketing purposes.

Prioritizing automatic room assignment
We are using the automatic room assignment option from Top to Bottom but it would be great to be able to customize the order of rooms. As many others have mentioned there are rooms that properties would rather rent last for many reasons and would be ideal to prioritize them as last assigned regardless of the room number.

Guest profile note should be shown in Manage window
We would like the possibility to see the "Guest Profile Note" Under the "Manage window"
At the moment we can only see the "General note" and we would like to see both.

Uploading scanned guest data sheets together not one by one
Pure QOL improvement:
Uploading scanned Data sheets into guest profiles is just possible for 1 file at a time right now. Since it's 5 clicks to upload 1 file this becomes pretty quick a nuisance if you have to upload dozens or hundreds of different files but multiple for each guest. A simple windows-style shift/strg option to chose all necessary files at once would come in pretty handy.6 votesHello from the Mews product team,

Being able to modify the name "Products" on the rates page.
Products is not always appropriate as an extra that is offered when booking. I would like to be able to modify Products to Experiences in my case but others may find another term more suitable.

Reservation Report with CC cardholder name too
In order to have an immediate comparison on both of the names (reservation and CC cardholder) that would allow the perception of eventual discrepancies and/or fraud tentative that could cause Charge-backs.

Display of promotional rates in Distributor
Promotional / discounted rates should be displayed at the categories stage of the guest booking journey and not only at the rates stage.

Space number displayed in Guest portal
I’m traveling & staying only in Mews properties. My memory is not that great and would be amazing to see the hotel address and quick link to maps as well as after check-in show my space number. Would appreciate it as Mews hotels’ guest!

Some while ago we actually released the property address together with link to Google Maps to Navigator – guest can find it in Reservation details section.He can also download Apple Wallet to his iPhone/iWatch (iOS feature only) where he can find this info together with his reservation details. It’s very handy as it gets downloaded to his phone. If you want to provide such a feature to guests add Apple Wallet placeholder to your emails. You can find the placeholder and instructions how to add it in our guide: https://help.mews.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001840877-Set-up-emails
As space number is not displayed in Navigator yet, let me edit the name of this idea.

Enable Google Linker integration to allow cross domain e-commerce tracking
For ecommerce linking in Google Analytics - currently sending a Client ID in the URL does not work as per https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cross-domain
It appears that linker is not working either (as per https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/7549390?hl=en) with a new Client ID always generated when going from client domain to mews.li to carry out an online booking.
This means session data (such as traffic source) is lost and we cannot attribute revenue to the correct channels.
