Let guest fill in all details while creating the reservation so the online check-in is not needed anymore
It would make more sense if guests could fill in all the details that are needed in the registration form during the process of creating their booking on the website, instead of by online check-in form 48 hours before check-in. This way, you will have 100% online check-in guaranteed for direct bookings.

Message Templates
There are common questions guests ask, it would save a lot of time if we can create our own templates for replies to the guest messages (like in booking.com) and just select the one we want to reply to the guest message.

Show more than one rate per rate group
Please make it possible to show more rates than only 1 rate per rate group in the booking engine. We have multiple rates (packages) per rate group. if we need to give all the rate's a rate group than we need to make over 25 rate groups. this will then be extremely difficult to handle for the employees as they have to go trough a large list.

rate description to be added as internal note in reservation
In hotels with many (corporate) rates where every rate has different cancellation terms, different benefits etc...front desk staff has difficulties to know what benefits are linked to certain rates. Displaying the rate description as a note in each reservation would help Front Desk to correctly inform guest.
Specific example: if a company with a corporate rate is entitled to a discount on our parking price (when the guest uses parking), it would be useful that when a reservation is created with that company rate...an automatic note appears: corporate rate with breakfast, 6PM cancellation policy and 10% on parking.

changing title in guest profile
We want to change the options in the guest profile by ourselves.
at this moment (in the Dutch version) we can only choose between meneer or mevrouw (twice).

Remove "Maximum Persons" info below room selection
In the "Categories" screen there is always a "Maximum persons" info below the room name.
For beds this always shows "Maximum persons: 1", which is quite confusing for a lot of guests. - It looks like there is only 1 bed left.

Ask for review within guest journey
It would be great if guests would receive an automatic e-mail after departure to review their stay and if we could choose to show these reviews to other guests in the distributor when choosing/booking a room.
Alternatively, guest can be asked to provide review during online check-out as well.

Accept different nationality when using "Permit of residence"
When selecting "Permit of residence" the system should allow to use different nationalities for the guest, ex. one Argentinian living in Spain.

Using promotion code, without seeing the rate
If a company would like to accommodate their guests and pay for their accommodation via invoice, then it would be great to have an option for the guests to individually book via the booking engine with a promo code, but without seeing the room rate.

Hyperlinks in room description on Booking engine
Possibility of adding links into room description so are hyperlinked and in that way guest has the possibility to see whole photo gallery, 3d presentation or the address of the apartment on googlemaps for example .

Smart edit in Customers profiles report
As new customers are added or new companions need to be entered on a reservation, legally required data is not clearly listed until opening the Customer Profile report, where you can see all missing details highlighted for completion. By adding Customer Profile Report adjustment, this could allow Mewsers to edit customer data directly in report fields, as well as add companion data by simply clicking on the empty fields.

Resize Hotel Logo in E-Mails
The Logo in the E-Mail templates is very small, so that you sometimes can only barely be able to see it.

Allow hotels to decide if e-mails should be default at the kiosk
Let the hotels decide if the guest's e-mail should be optional instead of default at the kiosk.
Since it's not a legal requirement in DK it's critical for us that we cannot change it in the "Check-in form"

VAT display on bill
On the new bill layout, move the VAT down instead of displaying it in the middle together with the bill items, to make the bill easier to read.

Create task when credit card on file is expired for an upcoming reservation
If reservations are made far in advance it may occure that a guests credit card won't be valid anymore when the payment is due. Therefore, a task should be created when a card is expired, so we can contact the guests and ask them to update their card details. In an ideal world, an email template could be created so this can be automated.

Travel Buddies connected. connect guest profiles
A lot of People always travel together like spouse or friends.. With mews the fellow travellers gets lost except the person who uses mews knows that Person A is always traveling with person B. It would be fine that there is an option to connect guest profiles.
