LEGAL REQUEST - Luxembourg reg cards XML
For Luxemburg you need to transmit the guest information via XML to the government. I have a Planet Winner client that had this in Planet Winner. Apparently Mews does not have this. Can we fix this?

Layout on property page with more than one property in a city
If one property has no availability, the message order is mixed up. Below the property which has availability, the message “We’re very sorry, there is no availability for the dates you selected.” and a “Please select different dates” button is displayed. Both, the sentence and button should be displayed below the property which does not have availability, else it is confusing for the users.

Mews "Profile creation/Customer added" email - Template
When a new guest file is created, the following mail is automatically sent to the guest. From my point of view there are the following possibilities for improvement:
- The mail should be written more individually (ex. salutation and other text). It would be helpful if there is a separate template for this.

customer profile report filter
at the "arriving customer profile" and "in house customer profile" reports the possibility set filters is missing on the browser view.
So ther is no possibility just to show customers with missing information, or just with missing the date of birth, or just the adress, just the E-Mail address or so on.

Booking engine for service product
Client should create his profil and book himself services products in a drop down list (that we have preselected and not all service product) and pay with credit card.
I would like a booking engine only on profil to sell vouchers and not room.
Example : Mrs Alexandra Button want to offer a voucher to your sister and she want to select one or more service product gift voucher and pay the total amount. Tracking Conversion between Private & Public Rates (Voucher Use)
When a customer enters a Voucher code there are both - corporate/private and public rates.

Message visibility
Customer Messages should be attached directly to the customer profile, so that all hotel staff can easily access/read/react to the conversation.
In that way, only unread messages would appear in the general customer message board and that would clear the clutter.

Limiting number of rooms to be booked in one go
To place a limit on the number of rooms available to be booked in one go. Many properties consider 9+ rooms a group reservation that has different payment, cancellation and packaging rules. Currently one person could book out the entire hotel before being able to apply a dynamic rate adjustment to increasing occupancy.

Reservation Custom Fields or Tags
Having the ability to add custom fields to the operator system would be extremely helpful for specific use cases outside of the general hotelier playbook. Tags would also achieve the same result.
Example: ability to tag or flag reservations with "vehicle information" or "Missing ID" etc would allow for fine tuning reports. Currently, we have to add product rules with no value to flag reservations. It's a workaround, but would love to see the addition of tags and custom reservation fields.

Guest's credit card
In our regular Guest's profil, we have sometimes 10 times the same credit card because our guests book online.
Mews should be able to merge credit card in guest's profils if the card is already register. Or at least, we should be able to remove the duplicates.66 votes -
Equality of company and guest profiles
We often have the problem that companies do not provide guest names when booking. However, a guest name must be specified in the booking process.
It would therefore make sense to equate the company profiles with the guest profiles so that bookings are easier and guest names can be added later.
This would also simplify invoicing for companies, as these are then saved in the company profile and allow a better overview.5 votesHello from the Mews product team.

Alert for Online Check-in completion & Guest profile updates
Optional alert setting that sends an email or dashboard alert when a guest completes Online check-in or updates information in their profile. Most specifically to my desires would be to get alerted when a Creditcard has been added as we use this to indicate a guest would like to move forward with a held reservation & trigger when a guest is going to be allowed to enter their room.

Export of booker email address
When you make an export of the reservation report grouped by booker, you won't have a column for the email address of the booker. It would be nice if this could be added for marketing purposes.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Hello,
As of October 14, 2020, Google introduced new default property called Google Analytics 4 (GA4). If you would like to connect it with mews through Google Tag Manager (GTM), it is not possible to follow the exact settings as it was when setting the previous version of Google Analytics ( Universal analytics - UA).
I am asking you if you can add an additional article or paragraph to your online documentation related to MEWS connection with GA4 through GTM.

Add a note for client when creating a reservation
That will be very useful to have the possibility to add a note for the customer when creating a reservation. This feature would prevent us from having to send additionnals e-mails. For the moment we only have the possibilty to add a note for ourselves...

Omnichannel communication in Mews
Guest can use the channel of his choice to start communication with the property. (Email, Mews chat, OTA chat, WhatsApp, Messenger). The property receives and replies to all messages in one place - in Mews. The room for error is minimized as all conversation happens at 1 place. Answering is also faster.
