  1. In order to have an immediate comparison on both of the names (reservation and CC cardholder) that would allow the perception of eventual discrepancies and/or fraud tentative that could cause Charge-backs.

  2. When a guest receives one of the automatic messages like the online check-in (which are not possible to change), than MEWS uses the familiar way "je" instead of the polite way "u" and "uw". So this messages would need to be changed as guests experience this as a rude way of addressing them.

  3. A report which sums up the total spending per guest would be useful for loyalty programs. At this point it's only possible to see a total spending by checking profile per profile.

  5. If certain notes are attached to a company profile (e.g. No alcohol on account), these are (now) not visible on the guest profile of the guests who are linked to the company.

    This would be convenient :)

  6. It is about merging guest profiles. As soon as we are merging guest profiles and you choose to keep one profile it takes both addresses. If someone makes a reservation for a year on for example HRS - it takes both. So we also need to delete for exmpl. 60 profiles from the same person which takes ages!

  7. Promotional / discounted rates are not displayed in correct order. If a Promotional / discounted rate is based on "BAR - % discount" then it should display in the same order but it's displaying second best discounted vs Promotional / discounted rate.

  8. In our regular Guest's profil, we have sometimes 10 times the same credit card because our guests book online.
    Mews should be able to merge credit card in guest's profils if the card is already register. Or at least, we should be able to remove the duplicates.

  9. After his booking, the guest gets a link to the extranet where he can view his bookings. Each booking has a vignette picture which is the same as the main picture of the WBE page. The framing of this picture may not be ideal compared to the framing on the WBE home page. It would be nice to be able to choose another picture for the booking vignettes.

  10. When there are several contacts in a company that use the same e-mail address, this should be possible. Now you can only use contact per e-mail.

  11. UK properties are keen using the identity scanner. As it is not required to have a passport with you as British citizen, a driving license is an official proof of ID as well. it would be great if the passport scanner can be enhanced and would scan UK driving licenses as well.

  12. Would love a function where I can setup rules to change the segments on a reservation, rules that are defined by ratecode/rategroup/arrivalday of the week/number of guests staying.

  13. Now, the automatic reminder and cancellation e-mails are send to the guest and not the booker. Even if the guest has no e-mail, the booker (or anybody else) does not receive an automatic reminder and cancellation. As we have a agreement with the booker and not with the guest, it should be the booker who must receive the automatic reminder and cancellations. Now, bookings are being canceled automatically (when not reconfirmed before the deadline), without notifying the booker, who did originally receive the confirmation. This is a major flaw of MEWS. The booker should receive automatic reminders and cancellations!

  16. When choosing arrival and departure dates show how nights in total on the date section or category section. Many guests are counting days instead nights especially long stays.

  17. When selecting "Permit of residence" the system should allow to use different nationalities for the guest, ex. one Argentinian living in Spain.

  18. If a company would like to accommodate their guests and pay for their accommodation via invoice, then it would be great to have an option for the guests to individually book via the booking engine with a promo code, but without seeing the room rate.

  20. To fasten the process of scanning data from guests documents, it would be great to have a professional device connected to the tablet, so the scanning is fast and reliable.
