  1. We would like to have a direct link from our cashier system to book invoices to a guest profile using an RFID field that would be available in the guest profile. We also have guest accounts that hold more than one RFID. This option will make the administration of invoices a lot easier. Additionally, it will increase guest satisfaction.

  2. It would be neat if the guests were able to check in on the kiosk and get their pin code there.
    Or have the pin code display directly in Mews.

    Hi!
    before we can enable showing the price in Navigator guest portal we need to automatically route the charges to the correct bill: https://feedback.mews.com/forums/918232/suggestions/36659050. That’s mainly because for some kind of reservations guests shouldn’t see the final price (OTA collects payment, the company pays for guest). Once the prerequisite is done, we can have a look to this one. :-)

  8. A solution to display room respecting "ADA" (American with Disabilitites Act") nicely on Booking Engine. Currently, you need to create a new room space for each ADA room. It complicates greatly the usability as user see many room type on Booking Engine. You can see a solution on freehandhotels.com booking engine with a tick box "Accessible"

  10. Right now as we know Booking.com guests are assigned unique Alias emails for communication/profiles. If a guest receives a confirmation email (despite the property being in German for example) the email is automatically sent in English as Mews will by default sent it in English to any profile that does not have a language associated to it.

    This is despite the property being in a German environment.

  15. To be able to choose which fields are visible in the reservation confirmation. It would be great to uncheck some of the values, such as rate name or product for certain costumers, but currently you can only delete the entire row (reservation detail) which is not an option.

  16. It would be great if you could add custom fields to a customer profile to save specific information.

    We would need that for example to save information regarding our data privacy policy.

  18. Guest can use the channel of his choice to start communication with the property. (Email, Mews chat, OTA chat, WhatsApp, Messenger). The property receives and replies to all messages in one place - in Mews. The room for error is minimized as all conversation happens at 1 place. Answering is also faster.

  19. Products is not always appropriate as an extra that is offered when booking. I would like to be able to modify Products to Experiences in my case but others may find another term more suitable.
