Staff is aware whether the chat message got resolved
Is it possible to have some kind of "no reply needed" button for the messages box (guest chat). Sometimes there are cases that the guest has sent the message and then called for us so there is no need to reply for the message anymore. It would be great to have the button to mark for the other employees that this case has been closed.
If I log in to the MEWS systems I immediately see that there are new messages arrived. Somehow the messages sometimes seems to be unread even tough someone else (my colleague) has already replied with…

Be able to search reservations by company name
In search bar, It would be convenient to be able to search a company bill by company name (by now it is only possible by customer name).

Add empty spaces at bottom of Calendar view so we can move bookings around
We need a holding space at the bottom or top of the Reservation Calendar view that we can use when moving bookings around (tetris). EG people want to be in the same room and we have to move another booking for this to happen it is impossible to move them without going in and out of the booking profiles and then they end up in the wrong category . if we have the holding space you can move them around with out making any changes other than room/bed number.

Hyperlinks in room description on Booking engine
Possibility of adding links into room description so are hyperlinked and in that way guest has the possibility to see whole photo gallery, 3d presentation or the address of the apartment on googlemaps for example .

Possibility to book without credit card for contracted companies
Making it possible for contracted companies, which have a voucher code, to make a booking without credit card guarantee. Such companies can usually pay on invoice or upon arrival.

Would it be possible to add more guests to each register form so we don't waste so much paper and as well don't have to keep soooo many folders ;)

setup minimal occupancy bookable per room type for distributor
On distributor it is possible for guests to book 1 person on a Quadruple room , which results into a tariff that is lower than on a single room. This is of course not desired. It would be great if this could be setup with a restriction or (per room type) in the distributor setup.

Automatically assign the company to their rate
When a specific rate is booked, automatically populate the company to the reservation. E.G. If you book the rate "MEWS" the system will add "MEWS" as a company to the reservation

Places: new classifications
When creating places in Navigator, it would be nice with more classifications to chose from. "Museum", "religion", "point of interest" are some that would help.

Internal classification in most used order instead of alphabetical order.
When we look in a guest profile we have the option to put a internal classification. I would like the possibility to order these on most used classifications instead of alphabetical order. This to prevent putting guest by accident on the 'blacklist'.

Limiting number of rooms to be booked in one go
To place a limit on the number of rooms available to be booked in one go. Many properties consider 9+ rooms a group reservation that has different payment, cancellation and packaging rules. Currently one person could book out the entire hotel before being able to apply a dynamic rate adjustment to increasing occupancy.
