possibility to add documents to reservation

It would be great to have the possibility to add a document to reservation ( like attach a namelist ect for reception to write down names later on).

    Would it be possible to add attachments to reservations or groupbookings. So to add a roominglist that the customer send, and that its in that booking just incase we have to double check.
    Or if a customer has a voucher or a confirmation from otuside booking that we need to keep.
    Or an offer that we made to a travel agent.
    So we dont have to check email what was send or received or different files.
    Or does this exist already and i could find?

    Attaching files to a reservation is a key feature in most other systems. Adding important email correspondance with the guest, vouchers, receipts, signed confirmations and rental contracts... I am surprised the Mews product team does not see the overall benefits of this instead of being driven by random votes. Shame!
