  2. Display the final value for the fully flex rate in the rate management calender instead of changing everything back to the base rate after 2 weeks. Allows us to track the ratemanagement history

  3. There is already an option in the "properties" tab to split a reservation over time after check in. Can we add the similar option for big rooms? So we have a 10 person room. When this is overbooked, I want to split it into a 4 and a 6 person room, with a simple "split room"option. Than we fill out the rates per room, or there is an option to take the old total costs and aply them to the new "split up" version according to number of guests. Meaning that 40% of the original costs go to the 4…

  4. In Manager Analytics, it considers only definite bookings (Confirmed, Started, Processed). This idea is about also including Optional bookings and allow by a filter to include them into the calculations.

  5. The date time picker in reports has a few extra clicks than the NRS. I would like to be able to select the start and end date when the calendar is open, rather than having to open the close date calendar after selecting a start date.

  6. I love the new feature that the guest can contact us via chat. However, it's not very easy that the guestchat and the intern chat is on the same page. also it is not possible to delete a person in the group (for example when they left, or acidentaly add the wrong person) also a delete button for a chat would be great (intern). does the guest chat also be saved in their

  8. We have groups that come through our property often and know their days well in advance, however there is a contract in place and they must let us know x amount of days in advance if they want to keep that reservation.

    I'd like Mews to develop a way to bulk input multiple "optional" reservations at the same time rather then entering each resv one by one

  10. It is only possible to delete or create a user in Mews => We would need Mews to offer the possibility to suspend an account or desactivate it for a given period of time

  12. In MEWS system only superior employee can create employees under him . However I think this is a shortcoming in the system. As you know all management hierarchy follows up the chairman or CEO , then he is the only person who is allowed to create users. Also after going live and users usually face issues with their passwords , rights etc.. then the chairman should take care of fixing these issues!! I think this process should not be considered as is now. Admin user should be able to create and manage users and if you need to add another…

  13. There is no space to register the date of an card payment by terminal or an external payment, like a wire transfer. This is needed to keep the accounting reports correct, when a wire transfer is registed not on the same day.

  14. Allowing to select multiple filters in the reservations report under each category. E.g. in the rate plans I would like to be able to 'tick box' multiple rates as opposed to having to see the report just on one.

It would be SO useful if any group reservation that has been split into different rooms could be signalled on the timeline either by a symbol (such as the current upgraded, female traveller and return guest symbols) or by an on-screen prompt that notifies you that they are currently in separate rooms.

    It is also possible to send a business iDEAL Payment Request to your customers. You can do this by sending a link via various channels, including e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp. For example, the iDEAL Payment Request is used to let customers pay afterwards, to pay for digital invoices or to settle (monthly) subscription fees. Research has even shown that a digital invoice that contains a link for an iDEAL payment is paid on average three times as fast.

  19. The no show email the property gets, stating all the reservations that were cancelled with the reason "no show", includes the reservation numbers and the customers' names. It would be perfect, to also have on that the room numbers shown where there were allocated.
