  1. We would like to have in just one report all vacant rooms including clean, dirty, inspected, out of service or out of order, and also rooms that have been allocated to guests due to check in but are technically vacant without the need of printing every single report separately.

  2. When a guest books, status inspected should be the preferable choice, then dirty, out of service. That inspected room would be already ready for check-in, whether the out of service room isn't yet.

  3. I would like to be able to prioritise which spaces need to be cleaned first when assigning spaces to my employees.

    Please may you add the filters for example dirty departed and departing in space assignment form.

  4. When you go to edit the dates you selected in the date selector of the new reservation screen it loads up the next 3 months first, even if the dates you'd previously selected were months in the future.

    It would be useful if the date picker jumps to the area of the dates you had already selected as it's likely the new dates are going to be around those dates.

  5. At the moment, online checked-in reservations are only visible on the day of arrival. In statistics you can find the amount of online check-ins in the past and future however, it is not possible to click through and see the specific guest/reservation the online check-in belongs to. Past of future reservations only show a grey 'manage' button.

Reservations basic report (guest name, notes, arrival date) is cut off when viewed and printed to PDF (for example to report daily to all departments avoiding every manager having to pull the same report in the morning). Long exported version is too detailed, so what is needed is the VIEWED version ensuring it fits on PDF to be able to share via email.

  7. It would be very handy to be able to assign a certain product to a room category.

    For example, we have a room category that is dog-friendly and we charge a one off fee. I want the guests to have the option to select the product when making a booking but also restrict them from booking it in another room category.

  10. in the reservationo verzicht you see, after the adjustment of the way of showing the tourist tax, now every day a new post of the tourist tax. This is not a problem with a short stay. but if a guest stays for 3 months it becomes a very long list and not really clear anymore.

  11. I would like to be able to view who moved bill items to a different guest profile.

We notice that, if we receive a booking by the Distributor, in wich the payer/booker is different from the guest, there is no credit card icon shown in the main screen (and also not on the reservation report). In this case, I think it would be more clear, if the credit card icon shows in the main reservation screen, next to the booker or next to the payment card line.

  18. The space status report filter does not have the option to filter guests that have arrived and the guests that are staying.
    Currently, only one of them can be chosen.

    Please add an additional filter option to do both.

  19. At the moment, the system only allows to create minimum advance by days. Sometimes we want to have a release of 6 or 12 hours not the entire day but the system doesn't give that option.
    Would be great to have this for establishment that don't have reception 24h.
