Availability block reservation status
To effectively utilize the Availability Blocks section, we need the ability to pick up rooms from a block that has an optional booking status. We often work with call-in allocations, where clients reserve a set number of rooms (e.g., 50) for their participants. As participants book rooms, the booking status changes to "confirmed" once a room is booked for an individual.

Open Bills/Unpaid Balance marked on timeline
Seeing a marker on the timeline for reservations that are unpaid, have an open bill, or are carrying a balance would be a huge help for reservation teams. Even just a dot like Cloudbeds has.

Telephone and email in reservation report
To have a column for email and telephone number for guests in the reservation report.
This would make it a quicker process to search up existing members instead of having to open one and one reservation/guest profile to find this information.
This would save the reception a lot of clicking, searching as well as saving time.

Add and show notes on the final invoice
When adding a product to a bill, like a parking fee, it would be good to be able to add a note with the fee to the bill so that the note is also shown on the final invoice. If we for example have group/meeting reservations where everything is going on the same bill, for the customer it is occasionally important to know whose parking fees are actually on the final invoice.

Space Status Report: Refine the Logic of the Stayover
Currently, The Space Status Report refers to Stayovers as "Any booking that is staying overnight and has neither arrived that day nor departed that day."
If the user does not know to include "Arriving/Arrived" filter, they can miss many arrivals that checked in after midnight (especially if their arrival was expected at 3 PM the previous day). This therefore opens up the hotel to possible mistakes.
It would be nice to simplify the logic to reduce some of the work on the Operations Team. If the unit checked in is staying over - regardless of arrival -they should be listed…

instead of having to delete one item at a time it should be possible to select more and delete all.

Make it possible to edit the rate of an existing availability block
Currently, it’s not possible to change the rate of an availability block once it’s created. To make any adjustments, the block would need to be deleted and a new one created.
It would be very helpful to have the option to modify the rate directly without having to delete and recreate the block.:)

Separate housekeeping permissions for marking rooms as clean or checked
We would love to have a different role options for our housekeeping so that only the houskeeping manager can "check" a room. Everyone else should just be able to put the room to "clean".
That is not yet possible.

Deposits: Flexible Accounting Correction
Allow controlled edits/voids of deposit pairs during a reasonable period (configurable).
Prevent misuse: lock items after the window or after key lifecycle events (e.g., allocation to stay charges or end-of-day posting).
Ensure reporting accuracy: automatically update tax journals, VAT reports, and revenue/prepayment ledgers when correction is made.
Reduce support burden: fewer compensating entries, cleaner financials, improved client trust.

Multi Property: add the possibility to set user rolse and permissions
Today central users are automatically admin. So it is not possible to give the multi-property access to a new user by limiting some areas as it can be done in each property.
Ther request is to extend the roles created for the different properties also for the MMP. It is not optimal to have an high number of users with Admin provileges.1 vote -
Add bed-capacity occupancy filter for daily manager analytics
It would be extremely helpful to have within the Manager Analytics - Daily, a filter option that allows counting all occupied spaces based on the bed capacity of the space (bed/room/private space) rather than counting rooms/private spaces as single units. For example, a room for 6 to be reported as 6 occupied units instead of 1.

Recurring availability blocks with exclusion of certain weekdays
We would like to be able to create availability blocks in Mews that generally exclude certain days of the week.
A typical example would be:A room is to be blocked for a company from Monday to Friday throughout the year.
Weekends should be automatically excluded.
The room should be automatically released again one day in advance if it has not been booked.
Currently, it does not seem possible to create availability blocks with a recurring weekday pattern without having to manually create new blocks every week.
It would therefore be very helpful if availability blocks were expanded to include…

Manually pulling reservations via integration
Sometimes you have to manually retrieve reservations via the Booking or Expedia integration. It would be great if you could specify “Retrieve all reservations created between date X and date Y” so that not all bookings are transferred again. We often have cases where changes that have already been made are no longer there when the booking is transferred again. Usually, you know on which day there was a glitch, and you would only have to retrieve the reservations that were created on that day.

Cross-search function for Service products
It would be very helpful if there was a cross-search bar for product within the billing window. There is a cross-search sanction within the additional services, but often not everyone knows which product is in which additional service. Therefore, a general cross-search function would be helpful.

Preferred floor numbers
It would be great if you could specify not only your preferred space features, but also your preferred floor. We generally allocate rooms from top to bottom, but we have a few guests who prefer to stay on the ground floor because they don't use the elevator, so that would be very convenient.

Print option New Guest Ledger
It is required that the NEW Guest Ledger can be printed in order to be able to view the actual outstanding payments.

Semi revert the changes of the new ledger/ bring back the old ledger.
The old ledger was too long with all the prepayments but it had the best insight in to be resolved bills. In the current guest ledger I have a bigger list, with bills that have been closed for months but are now showing because the usage date is today. Which causes more clutter then before.
