  2. Single Space Under 2 or more category type

    The feature to automatically disable the other category when one category is booked for a single room/bed is not available.

    For example Room 101 is a Quad room but I also want it to be a four-bed dormitory room. Depends on the first customer the bed will be selected as a quad room or a 4 bed dormitory. The other category will be disabled when another one is selected if dormitory it will be dormitory and quad room category will be disabled for that room.

  4. It would be great to be able to pull a report to see figures for the past 3 months of Sundays only for example. Currently you can only pull a report for a set date range, not just set days.

  5. Option to mark the room, where HSK is currently in. So Front office can see where HSK is currently in and the Manager knows wehere they are (especially if they have more houses / villas or so on one property)

  6. Currently having a MLOS exception and maximum advance exception for close to stay restriction does not work.

    An example would be having a close to stay restriction for the Saturdays, except if they book 2 nights, OR if they book within 7 days before arrival (maximum advance).

    So what I want is a MLOS2 restriction for the Saturdays, but when it is 7 days before arrival, no restriction at all.

    It is probably a setup with an AND/OR rule.

  7. We need a group overview where we can see upcoming groups (groups in our case means minimum 10 rooms or more per booking).
    Just an easy overview of all the group (not individual booking) maybe a month ahead. It could be in a report or by similar to timeline.
    The headline per group should be the travel agency name or company name.

  8. So, we make a daily export of the remaining guest arrivals as a back-up or for other departments. As of now, it's only possible to create an export of the entire day's arrivals. It would be great to have a function that allows you to create an export of the guests yet to arrive, i.e. from now til end of day.

  9. When we create a new rate in the Channel Manager, it would be best practice if we could only send that rate to the channel manager and not all the rates that we have in the channel manager as how is today. Of cause, we need to have a "full property push" available, but the option to push just the newly created rate would be the best in a day-to-day basis. Then the data that we send out is going to be much less.

  10. A guest's balance should be readily apparent at the top of their profile as soon as you click on their name on the timeline, without having to load the full profile or scroll down at all, for every type of reservation.

  11. When booking a reservation for a guest who will have several room moves during their stay, I would like the ability to link these reservations so it does not appear as if the guest is leaving and arriving when they are only changing rooms.

    • If two reservations within a guests dashboard are linked and the consecutive reservation is within a 24 hour period then
    • Don't count guest as departing
    • Don't count guest as arriving
    • Count guest as stay over

    This is important for departments like the front desk, but also effect the guest in terms of confirmation emails. Otherwise the…

  12. I know this was brought up before

    Many Companies will not pay a proforma or a bill preview - we need to issue an invoice but without closing the bill.

    Why? Sometimes groups are still in house - sometimes we are asking for prepayment

  13. In the check out report we can see a lot of details for the reservation but not the set departure time. It would be good to see the set departure time or have the check-out report sorted by departure time.

  16. With the Synxis > Mews integration we have the option to enable "Create company and travel agency profiles". Is it possible to also include a second step which creates a routing rule for the agency?

  17. When creating a task, the task looks ordered and systematic with spaces between the different points and can even be numbered. But when printing the list, all spaces and numbering is gone and its all just one long sentence. Would be very helpful to have the printed list to look like the actual task description.

  20. When preparing the bill for customers, there are solely two displayable options available.
    1. Display detailed products
    2. Display everything together as package

    The problem hereby is, that this must be changed in the backend and is set for every invoice immediately. There is no flexibility at all to display the bill differently and spontaneous. In my eyes, this is a must have as sometimes it is necessary to show the invoice as a package and for business travelers for example in detailed.
