  1. I would like a report that can show me; arrival date, lead time for the arrival date with either a travel agent profile, company or source for the booking and rate for the booking could be rate code. This report should be possible to pull for a year, month per day. I know I can use reservation report, but I still need to put it in a excel sheet and then make my own pivo.

  2. When going through cancelled / no show reservations (groups) it is time-consuming having to click on each and every one of the reservations in the group to see what date and what reason the booking was cancelled.

    In groups it would be great if you were able to organize them by date, as well as, reason (cancelled / no show).
    The best solution would have been to sort them out as we have when it comes to past and future bookings and by date but instead "cancelled" as one and "no show" as another one.

  3. If the client has MMMP active, they would like to be able to look up a reservation number and find then the property, as sometimes people call not knowing which hotel they are staying but giving you only the reservation number.

  4. The Reservation Report shows 0 EU/SEK/NOK in Rate if a reservation is prepaid. This makes it harder to calculate reservation amounts in an exported version of the Reservation Report. The Rate should not be 0 no matter if the reservation is paid or not.

  5. We've explored various reports in Mews with different settings to see if it's possible to extract the tax code in addition to the tax rate. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a way to do this.

    Having access to tax codes in reports is essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance, especially when tax codes change within Mews. It allows us to track which revenue has been taxed with which tax code, providing better control and transparency for accounting and auditing purposes.

  6. We need the OPTION to pre-allocate rooms in an availability block. By the time we receive some rooming lists and pick-up the beds, other guests have already extended in a room and then ruined exclusivity in a section/floor; or if you sell beds in a hostel, the extensions have led to the availability block guests being split up over multiple different rooms.

  7. Unfortunatelly it is not possible to change to the service name on the online check-in, unfortunately the online check-in configuration is outside of the services and located in the Settings > Property. Therefore it is not possible to change this text to use the service name.

  9. Turn off the "New device sign in" emails.
    They do not work and causes about 20-30 tickets to our support each day.
    Some users get these emails several times a day.
    It's a nuisance.

  11. It will be great if we can have an accounting report sort by room type, in order to compare the revenues separatly. Otherwise maybe habve the opportunatly to export to excel the accounting report with the room number or room type.

  12. Being able to change the arrival time and departure time on bookings that are staying on different dates without having to change the actual date.
    With other words, arrival and departure times are independent from the dates.

  13. In the user management section, it would be nice to simply deactivate or reactivate user profiles. Sometimes users work for seasons and leave the company for a few months between seasons. Currently, if you want to stop the access to Mews, you have either to remove the rights of the user or you have to delete the profile and recreate a new profile when the user comes back. When you try to remove the rights, if will not work if the user has created export schedules. The only person who can remove the export schedules is the user himself. It…

  15. I wish to be able to have a locked view setting / ghost view when assigning in the morning. This to to let employees see too soon what floors/section they are on.

    Reasons: It could cause unneccisarry stress, we might need to change and they like to plan before work. As employees can use the app in their private phones, they are able to start processing when they shouldn't. And its a help for them to not work, before work. Even thouh we start assigning 1-2h before actual start for all employees.

  17. We require the ability to customise the colours of buttons, such as "Chat with Us" or "Manage Reservation," within the email templates.

    Currently there is no option other than the default Cobalt Blue.

    This flexibility will enable us to align their design seamlessly with the visual identity of the property's website and overall brand communication.

  19. I think it would be very helpful to have the option to set customizable (per house, per user) templates for reports.

    In general I appreciate the flexibility in creating a report such as the reservation report.
    But if there is a report that is needed regularly, it can be a bit exhausting to everytime set all filters.
    To set up the scheduled exports is a solution only in case there is a fixed schedule. If we could have the option to select a template that would adjust the filters a certain way, this would be more than helpful and time…

It would be good that the bills that are in the Company Profile billing showed whether the reservation is 'Past', 'Future' or 'Checked in' so it is easier to issue invoices to big OTA providers like AirBnb, which have many bookings assigned at the same time. Currently you have to open and check every single bill.

    This could show the same way the 'Items: 1' tab does.
