  1. It would be easier to have multiple email addresses per company. One for the accounting department (invoices) and one for the confirmations for example in stead of making contact persons for every company.

  2. Make the checklist report printable/exportable to create a communication report for the reception and the restaurant. It should provide a list of the different rooms with their packages: breakfast and dinner options, along with the number of people in each room. This will give a detailed summary to bill the correct amount per room. It must be printable, as screenshots are not an option when there are many reservations. This report can be used for many products, not just restaurant items.

  3. The "city" focused filter will allow Sales and Revenue Departments to have the option to pull for more specific/localized stats of their visitors as opposed to a whole region/territory/filter which could affect product creation sales and marketing campaign (Without needing to export to Excel + filter the customer profiles report)

  4. It would be extremely helpful to be able to write comments on reservation directly from the reservation overview report instead of having to click details->administer->properties and THEN be able to write a comment. After all of that, you cannot even just click back, because then you will come to the home screen and not the reservation overview report again. It would save us alot of time, especially us who write comments on almost every single reservation when we go through them for the day to check for extra needs, memberships etc :)

  8. Residents can book their stay with an open end date. Guests are staying for more than 1 year at the same property and instead of offering them an end date and another guest can book the same room, they would like to book it for one guest only.

  9. Our operations and guest experience would be so much smoother if tasks were automatically assigned to a specified department when a product is added! Product options currently only automatically assign tasks if a product is added during online check-in. This should be an option when a product is added during any step of the guest journey - either by the guest or by the reservations specialist.

  10. On bill > [+] Add Product > It would be useful to eventually add a "currency" field to change the currency of the product for those environments accepting multiple currencies.

    At this time, one has to create multiple products to reflect a distinct currency in their settings.

  11. It would be really helpful to get a report of all payments made into a specific date range and linked to reservation in another specific date range as well (for example: list of the deposits paid in 2024 but linked to reservations for 2025)

  12. Create more options for the product rule creation. There should be an option to select a limit to the amount of each product available in the system to avoid overselling.

  14. When creating a Hourly Service to sell hotel rooms during the day, we would like to have the possibility to add occupancy starting time and ending time to this service.

    To be able to sell room during the day on different time slots, we're first going to set up the Hourly Service. We are then going to create Rate Plans on which we add "Closed to stay" Restrictions on selected hours.
    With this setup I can sell my day rooms on different time slot and at different rates.

    However this configuration does not allow us to set up the Occupancy…

  16. Currently reports can be scheduled to run hourly, daily, weekly, monthly etc.

    It would be helpful to have more options ie. 6-hourly, fortnightly etc. and/or the ability to set a custom frequency for report exports ie. 6AM, 2PM, 6PM to correspond with staff shift times.

  18. (1) When filtering out the Start and End date fields to search "applicable" or "created" interval, it should intuitively grey out dates past the start date and then prompt the user with future dates within the same calendar period (future in general). Users should not be expected to keep clicking on dates to select the desired dates.

    (2) Once you access a restriction, and edit it then you click "<=" to go back to the restriction page/dashboard. However, the dates previously selected have been reset to the current/default "applicable" window. The clients would like to not keep selecting the dates…

  20. In my previous booking engine, the timeline/grid was a dynamic live thing. You can see real time when potential guests were looking at dates or making a booking. It was a real time indicator of how good a marketing campaign was working. The previous pms also tracked daily visitors to the booking engine real time and updated the daily visitor numbers. This insight was invaluable.
