  1. Dear Mews,

    Would it be possible creating an availability report, similar that you can download in excel on the dashboard, where we can see a room type with remaining number of rooms in a row under each other, top row the dates and button row the overall number of availability and occupancy? Like below example?

                           23.06        24.06
    

    Room 1 5 1
    Room2 7 1
    Availability: 12 2
    Occupancy: 70% 95%

    It would help making price decisions and knowing when to apply minimum stays or close sales.

  2. Il faudrait pouvoir avoir une alerte lorsque l'on fait une résa et qu'on rappelle le profil d'un client black list, que le client n'est pas le bienvenue...
    Actuellement, il faut attendre de regarder la résa sur "gérer" pour s'apercevoir que le client est black listé.

  3. can we avoid manual work i.e. putting names / creating profiles when we receive rooming list for groups ?
    Anyway for Mews to read and process rooming list in Excel or Word form ?

  7. In order for the colleagues to check their postings (charges, rebates, payments), could it be possible to add a filter in the posting journal report to short it by user log/name? Therefore, each employee could print his activity report, check one by one the lines and postings corresponding to his codes, and correct mistakes if observed.

  9. The possibility to have insight in the performance of specific e-mail types, such as the "After start e-mail". From a marketing point of view it would be useful to keep track of open rates for example.

  10. Although the name of the guest appears in the reservation details, it would be great to be able to add the name of the guest (as a placeholder) in the text and subject of the email for the "Booker Confirmation".
    For example:
    "Dear Isabel (booker),
    Thank you very much for your booking for Edward Wilson. Etc."

  11. We are looking to IMPORT new calender events, as we have a chain of 15 hotels and need to add these events seperately for each event, each hotel...
    would be extremely helpful to add all of these events at once

  12. It would be really great if we could quickly add notes to a booking from the timeline, in the side panel that opens when you click on a reservation.

    Now, to add a note you have to click once to view the details, once on Manage, then in Properties and scroll down to add notes.

  13. The printable registration form is not user friendly. Guest wich use my own designed registration form are much faster. im sure its easy to make it more user friendly.

  14. It would be very usefull for us to have a porduct categorie which is chagred per stay (for example on the first or last night) for channel managers.

  17. We would lwant a smart ristriction to have a minimum stay of 2 nights without any revenue loss of open one nights. For example: guest A books from Mo-Wed, guest B books from Fri-Sun -> Thur night will stay open due to the current possibilities in ristrictions.

  18. During the rate setting we use round figures ( 99€ for one night) but when we use a discount of 10% for example, the rate for the room will show up on the website like this : 89.1€. This is not efficient.
    Is this possible to choose how we want to display the rate, in fact we would like to use round figures on the website, the idea is the round it.

  19. Currently the option "create task when added by customer" for stay items is only triggered when the guest adds this after they have completed the booking process. However, a task should be created each time a guest adds this item. Even during the booking process as certain orders or actions need to be taken so we can ensure that the item added can be guaranteed to the guest upon check-in.
