  2. As customers come to check in for their reservations, sometimes your property may have vacant rooms of a higher category. Therefore, notifications for your front of house staff regarding available room categories for an additional price could be a great way to upsell and book your location to full occupancy.

  12. Copy Rates: I would like to copy the whole rate (including pricing) most times I need to change just small things. And the best overall would be if I could copy this into other hotels I have in my profil. That would be awesome!

"If a reservation needs to be canceled, this can easily be done within the reservation module, however, it is not clear which cancellation policy may apply to the reservation at the time of cancellation. For this reason, displaying cancellation policies within the reservation module could help create clarity as it will be clearly visible before and during reservation management."

In addition to the list of intervals available for export schedules, many properties would prefer to specify their own custom intervals in case they cannot find an existing one that suits their needs. With the option to specify your own interval, users could customize their export scheduling exactly as they need it.

  19. Report which allows us to see how many rooms of each category has been cleaned during the month. This feature is interesting for the hotel service in charge of room managing in order to check the number of rooms cleaned and charged at the end of the month. Each room category have different rates.
