  2. Competitor rates are very important as revenue managers consider how to set pricing for upcoming months. Improvement of scraped data could help with management processes as competitor pricing could be visible directly from the Rate Management Screen in Mews.

    Thanks for your submission. Unfortunately it is unlikely we'll tackle this in the near future. Scraping is often against the ToS of any platform and/or website, high maintenance and error prone. We recommend reviewing one of the top revenue management systems that we partner with in the Mews Marketplace who may offer similar solutions for your revenue managers.

  4. Hi There, Many hotels are struggeling daily with excel sheet to keep track of their "gift vouchers", would be nice if we can implement this into Mews. Ideally with; Number/code, value, expiry date.

  6. As guests book close to holiday seasons, this can make operations difficult for your property when you may already be low on staff members. With the addition of close to arrival and close to departure restrictions, you can easily specify those dates when you'd like to restrict either check-ins or checkouts.

  9. To add additional self-service options for your guests, online checkout could help lessen traffic during peak checkout hours and eliminate queues from your reception desk. On the morning of departure, guests could use a link from their checkout email to review their bills, check out of their rooms, and then drop off their keys on their way out.

    We are happy to announce that simple version of online check-out was released this week for you and your guests.

    We tested this feature with a variety of properties (both big and small), and we’ve seen the benefits in real life: Guests are eager to take control of their departure, and receptions are raving about shorter lines.

    Turn the feature on and get on with the most important job of all—creating exceptional experiences for your guests!

    Note: This is a public beta and not available in all regions just yet—stay tuned, France, Italy, Spain, & Portugal! Keep an eye on our release notes so you know when it’s available for everyone.
