Tentative Reservation Status
Reservation is booked, but not taken from the availability.
17 votesHello Mewsers!
Thank you for your continued feedback and suggestions.
We are happy to inform you that tentative, or as we’ve called them “Inquired” reservations are available in Mews Commander.
You can create reservations with the Inquired state from the third step of the new reservations screen by selecting the “Status” dropdown and clicking “Inquiry”.
Inquired reservations do not take spaces out of inventory, you can, however update the status of the reservations to either optional, confirmed or cancelled. Updating the status of a reservation to confirmed or optional will assign a room for your chosen reservation.
In addition to the above inquired reservations can also be created with a release date.
Feel free to give this feature a try and let us know what you think.
Kind regards,
Mews Product team -

Add group T&Cs to reservation summary
The ideas around the reservation summary is a good start, but we would like to also attach group T&C's as reference when guests sign and check in. some of the detail required.
8 votesHello,
Thank you for your suggestions and feedback. We are currently researching improvements to group functionality and have updated this request as one to be upvoted by the Mews community.
We would like to know if you would be referencing the T&C for your staff in group summary, or if you would be adding this information to a registration card/ confirmation email for your guests?
We look forward to your continued feedback and suggestions.
Kind regards,

Channel Reference Number
"For many properties, reservations will come in from various travel agencies, which often come along with unique travel agency numbers. To help clarify this these various details, a field for travel agency number could be added to the reservation module to keep all those important details in one easy-to-find place."
