  1. It would be nice to have the option to add the space number into booker confirmation. We drive revenue by allowing customers to pay extra to select their exact space number, and having the ability to show them this on their confirmation and not just pre-arrival would be helpful.

  4. When a guest e-mail address bounces, it would be helpful if and when a task is created in order to have a notification (and thus an actionable moment) for staff to verify and check the e-mail proactively, and not have the guest wait for an e-mail because of a typo...

  5. Since the new update a chat icon for mews support has been added in the left corner. With the computers in our hotel we can´t change resolutions which causes issues as the icon is blocking some of the tasks in reservation. Is there a possibilty to disable this icon per account or move it slightly?

  6. I would like to be able to set my own name for the restrictions that would be visible to the reservations team when they are booking a reservation and want to check on why they are seeing a room as restricted.

  8. Product rules should be possible to adapt based on arrival, origin, segment, rate, space etc. This allows us to automize specific charges and better work on upselling and creating new revenue streams!

  9. We would like to require all bookings to have zero balance, or be linked to a ledge in order to proceed to check-in. We run a lean operation and all our bookings should be fully pre-paid at time of booking or upon arrival, we want to disable the ability to check-in a booking if there's a balance outstanding.

    Almost like the timeline but adjusted. Preferably something along the lines of: the hotel has 20 standard rooms, 12 are being used today.

  13. So, we make a daily export of the remaining guest arrivals as a back-up or for other departments. As of now, it's only possible to create an export of the entire day's arrivals. It would be great to have a function that allows you to create an export of the guests yet to arrive, i.e. from now til end of day.

  15. When a guest makes a reservation the same date of arrival before 9am, Mews sends the template for check in online but then at 9am also the reminder email is sent. This means that the guest have two identical emails in the same day. So we would like that, for bookings made in the same date of arrival, the reminder is deactivated.
