  5. When making a reservation through the NRS, I would like to select the credit card or enter the details of the guest's credit card when making the reservation. Right now, I need to make the reservation and then add it separately

  7. When we change something in a big group, the loading takes a long time and after some minutes we will receive a time out error. Then we have to change this per 10 rooms, otherwise it's not working as it should be. Our accounting team has the same problems with creating reports requested by his external auditor. It took them 2 days to get the requested reports, due the time out error they had to reduce the timeframe every time. they started for 1 year, and made the time every time smaller.

  12. As there may be many tasks created for your property, they can be difficult to keep track of when managing many aspects of your operations. For this reason, passing task deadlines should generate a notification for the task creator or any department members to which the task is assigned. After being sent, these pending notifications would only be dismissed when the task is fully completed. This implemented feature could help all members of your team stay more on schedule and would encourage task completion in line with all assigned deadlines.

  14. "Confirmation emails currently include the important details that guests need to know upon their arrival. However, with the addition of a unique QR code in these emails, guests can use that email as a tool and check-in using that code to further streamline that arrival process."
