  1. It would be nice to offer our guests an ability to buy a Gift Voucher for our hotels online versus it being a manual process. We previously used Webrezpro, and their system allowed this. Now we have to go back to paper and manual gift certificates.

  2. Es wäre dringend notwendig eine Möglichkeit zu haben Produkte nur intern vom Gesamtbetrag abzusplitten für die Buchhaltung.
    Beispiel: Zimmerpreis 150 EUR, davon sind anteilig 30 EUR Frühstück. Diese 30 EUR müssten automatisch im Hintergrund abgesplittet werden und in die Buchhaltungskategorie z.B. Food & Beverage gebucht werden ohne das dies für den Gast ersichtlich ist. Derzeit müssen wir ein Produkt aufsetzten und ein Ausgleichsprodukt dafür aufsetzten, damit es korrekt für die Buchhaltung verbucht wird.

  3. We would like to be able to fill in the housekeeping room status the day before. In case a housekeeping manager has a day off or starts later.
    At the moment it is not possible, because if you click the date to day after they rooms will not been shown for this date as well, but still shows departures and stay overs from the day of today.

  4. In the account ledger, Strawberry bonus withdrawals must be sorted with past due billings first. Now it is all mixed, making it time consuming to close the past bills.
    Also it would be helpful if you expand the bills, it did not collapse everytime you close one bill.
    Last, when closing a bill you automatically go back to the top, not staying wherever you were working in the account.

  5. We work in a multi currency environment (BRUSSELS). We accept CHF and EUR + others. However when we click in the billing tab on "cash payment" it will automatically jump on CHF which creates a lot of human mistakes as obviously most payments here are made in EUR. We should have the option to put an order on the different currencies and not have them appear chronologically.

  10. Our organisation has a lot of problems with incorrectly merged customers, which can become a sensitive GDPR issue.
    We would like the function to be locked behind a certain permission that can be assigned to users.
    That way the permission can be assigned to managers only.

  11. We would like MEWS to automatically apply a CTA at a certain time every day. We are not open 24 hours, so we have to go in daily at 7 pm and apply a CTA. It would be nice if this could be done automatically. Thanks!

  13. We would love to have 3 pahce check for housekeeping.
    One when room is cleaned, one for inspected and one for maintenance to finish as we have a lot of things to take to consideration before the room is ready for guests.

  14. When you have derived (dependent) rates, it would be good if you can add different adjustments per room type.
    For example to have 10% higher for a Single room, 15% higher for a Twin room, and so on. At the moment it is only possible to make absolute adjustments with same percentage/amount for all the room types.

  16. Bonjour il faudrait que l'on puisse customiser l'e-mail "commande ajoutée" afin de pouvoir faire figurer les conditions d'annulation du tarif au même titre qu'il est possible de le faire sur l'e-mail "confirmation de réservation" reçu par le client.

  17. the news device authentication feature email informing a user of a new login is a nice addon, however a copy to the property admin even better; as the property admin can easily filter any particulars as to whom and when, as well as the location.

    as the location is usally (close) to the actual physical address of a hotel, there are numerous questions when it is not 100%, and the champion can then tacle this issue first hand

  18. Booker sends in a rooming list - this should be able to be uploaded to the block so each room is picked up and a reservation is made to the correct room type

    Also to be able to pull rooming list in a nice format with our exporting unnecessary information. Wedding are always asking for a list of names and dates of who booked in their group

  19. It would be very useful to create a time frame with different minimum capacity by room, i mean adapt capacity to diferent time periods to enable dynamic pricing for peak/low season.
    It's needed too to charge free children in one specific period for commercial purpouses

  20. Es wäre toll, wenn man bei der wirklich super einfachen Buchungseingabe noch irgendwo die Möglichkeit hätte, eine kurze Notiz für den Gast hinzuzufügen. Wie zB.: Zimmer im Erdgeschoss oder Allergiker-Bettwäsche oder späte Anreise... Der Chat funktioniert ja zunächst nur von der Gastseite aus... Wenn bei uns ein Gast ein Zimmer im parterre oder barrierefrei wünscht, ist es nicht immer eine eigene Kategorie und es wäre hilfreich, auf ein vorheriges Telefonat oder einen Emailaustausch eingehen zu können. Also eine Art "Notizfeld"...
