Capacity in Managing restrictions calendar
There would be great to show current capacity in calendar with restrictions.. At the moment I have to open another window to see my capacity to manage restrictions.

Release time possibility, if booked on arrival date
Create a notification for the release date/time.

products in stay and service could be the same
Some products are being used in stay but are also used in service.
For example we have rental bikes that are booked in advance, but are also rented out by guests from outside the hotel. They don't have a booking with us, we book this on a paymaster but have to recreate the products we already have with the stay products. It would be great if we van connect or copy them in some way. Or make them available in the billing screen aswell.10 votesHello all,

Delete the charge and close button
The button is to attempting and it happends a lot that staff uses this button to early. No corrections can't be made on the same bill anymore. Please make it possible to chose if you want to use this button or not.

Selecting the reservation number with a double click
When double clicking on the reservation number, it also selects some text next to the reservation number.
In the daily use, you often have to copy the reservation number, so it's much easier and faster if you can do it with a double click.
I recorded two videos to demonstrate what I mean:

When choosing a rates option from a column in commander, please also put lowest rate first.
We have set up different rate types for 1/2 use and 3/4 use per room. The the 3/4 use option is alway first shown, when making a reservation in commander. We would prefer 1/2 use first shown.

Display all billing details in one line
Having an additional file where a bill number, the total price, the base price and the vat price appears in the same line per each reservation.

Space status history report
Report which allows us to see how many rooms of each category has been cleaned during the month. This feature is interesting for the hotel service in charge of room managing in order to check the number of rooms cleaned and charged at the end of the month. Each room category have different rates.

Archive historic bill and invoice numbers
Disable old invoice numbers so they will not appear in search when looking for matching space numbers

Tasks: 'In progress' status
Currently, tasks in Mews can only be marked with a deadline and then completed. However, it would be very helpful to have an additional status — such as “In Progress” — to indicate when someone has already started working on a task.
This would greatly improve team communication and coordination, especially in situations where multiple users might otherwise pick up the same task or wonder whether it’s already being handled.
Having a clear task lifecycle (e.g. To Do → In Progress → Done) would provide more visibility and reduce confusion.

Add and show notes on the final invoice
When adding a product to a bill, like a parking fee, it would be good to be able to add a note with the fee to the bill so that the note is also shown on the final invoice. If we for example have group/meeting reservations where everything is going on the same bill, for the customer it is occasionally important to know whose parking fees are actually on the final invoice.
