we sometimes deal with an existing booking wishing to change unit types during their stay. even though they haven't checked in yet, it would be much easier if we were able to split the booking (and thus keeping all the notes) rather than having to duplicate the booking, copying the notes, adjust the dates, rates, etc..

Totally agree! especially for regular guests it is important to see quickly which rooms they have stayed in before without having to open each and every "card"

We’d love to understand your expectations regarding the behavior around rate mixing. Right now, we’re especially looking for insights from two key roles:

sometimes we need to split the nightly rate as guests may wish to part-pay the amount (i.e. company pays for most of it, but guest pays for supplement).
currently you are only able to do this in advance by posting the supplement separately.
it would be handy if in retrospect you are able to split the nightly rate for some or all nights and allocate it to a new billAn error occurred while saving the comment

we sometimes have guest who extend an existing booking. where their company was paying for the invoice and thus on a company rate, the extension would be for the guest and on a different rate.
currently we need to make a new booking, which is confusing for several departments like housekeeping but also effects our statistics for length of stay.
any chance we could manage this by adding a different rate for a specific time period.
please note, it is not feasible to change the rate on the day as this might get missed and thus creating errors -

We require a report where you can see how many room nights / average rate was produced per company in a certain (past) period. NOT what was created, but what was actually stayed.
your analytics don't seem to be able to do that.
the filtering is way too complicated and thus appears so tiny on the screen that you can't see it.An error occurred while saving the comment

you don't seem to be able to get a report of the companies who stayed in a specific month or period. this should be much easier to filter than currently. the filters are way too confusing
