This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams. We'd like the access to guest email communication as a separate permission that could be applied to any Mews user. Primarily it would be out front-of-house and reservations staff that would be using it. Users would need to be able to see date & time the email was sent, which email address it was sent to, and should be able to view the full email itself.

Please add titles such as Dr, Prof, and allow the field to accept free text.

It would be useful if the "missed check out" status could be represented on the timeline by the reservation changing colour, similar to the "missed departure" status where the reservation changes to orange the day after they were supposed to check out. This could also be shown in the app. Currently the "missed check out" status can only be seen in the Reservations Overview Report.
