An error occurred while saving the comment Max Seidel commentedVery interesting! Finally someone who looks into the conversion of the booking engine. This is totally underrated and should be Nr. 1 priority for all further changes. What does it help to have a feature if conversion goes down. It's very important to be transparent on the conversion performance of the mews ibe!
I have tried to find more information on this, but so far haven't been successful. I'd be happy if someone shares his insights as we are about to change to the Mews IBE soon (or another IBE). -

We are talking about the booking confirmation sent through mews after a booking via the MEWS BE or directly with the front desk/res department.
YES, very important, that the guest knows what he booked:
dates, price per night or per stay, cancellation policy, payment policy
This is absolutely critical.
