TESA Smart Air by Assa Abloy integation with Mews
We manage local accommodation flats. The guest access to the rooms is done through a pin code that we send to the guest before the check in date. Our system is TESA Smart Air by Assa Abloy.
Currently to send pins to the guests we have to manually input into the TESA system the room information, check in and check out date and guest name, generate the code and send to the guest This procedure is time consuming and error prone.

It would be great to the ability to add employees via the Connector API. This would allow for client to push their employee list from their own internal systems into Mews.

Make "Guarantee information" available at reservations from channel manager
We need to see "Guarantee information" sent by the OTAs (especially booking.com) via the channel manager. This data is included in the xml file sent by the channel manager to Mews.
Without seeing this information receptionist must open the reservation not only in Mews but also in booking.com to make sure whether the guest must pay at the reception or he/she already paid at the OTA and there is a virtual credit card available for the reservation.

Comm-Unity provides a guest reporting portal in Austria and an interface to this portal will ensure that all local guest are reported to the local authorities automatically.

Use multiple addresses for google hotel search
We are currently using a 1 property set-up to manage 2 different properties in mews as reservations are sometimes moved between both properties and the multi property set-up doesn't allow to just switch bookings. Because of this 1 property set-up, we can only link 1 of our properties to the Google Hotel Search integration. Therefore it would be usefull for us to link our separate property (with different address) to google as well.
In our opinion, the necessary fields for google could be filled-in in the integration itself, and not taken from the property settings in mews.

The Classification "Adult"/"Child" is not available in the API when requesting all age categories.

update UpdatedUTC for reservations when a refund is done via a group bill
When a refund is done via a group bill and the refunds are added to the individual reservations (so that the refund accounting items are added to these reservations), the reservations themselves are not marked as being updated (UpdatedUTC). Therefore, if you perform a query to check for updated reservations, these reservations are not sent and thus we miss getting the updates for these reservations.
So our request: update the UpdatedUTC for reservations when a refund is done via a group bill, since accounting items were added to these reservations.

For the Virdee Kiosk connection, would like the kiosk to have access to housekeeping status as well as reassign rooms for guests checking in. For example, if guest is checking in to Room Type A, but their assigned room is not ready, the kiosk can then reassign the guest to a Vacant Clean Room for the same room type.

Vacant / Occupied added to Resource State
It is extremely useful to qualify Resource Dirty / Clean / Inspected States with occupancy status.
As it is to resolve occupancy Status, reservation’s arrival and departure dates must be queried for the Resource against current date.
If the current date falls within arrival and departure then the occupancy can be resolved by Reservation State
Started means occupied, anything else means vacant.
Is there a simpler way to do it?

Reservation Origin Details Filter
All reservations are coming through as Channel Manager and does not break out CHM Booking Engine (Website). The filter by Reservation Source is also not granular enough. Normally a Reservation Source Report would break out GDS by Channel, Booking Engine (non-Mews) and OTA's by Channel. Also not reflecting in Mews Analytics. We need better more granular data from our Channel Manager for proper internal reporting.
Are we not receiving this data from Channel Managers as the original origin of the bookings and passing it on to Mews?
