  2. This task would be to expose a new flag in the

    https://mews-systems.gitbook.io/connector-api/operations/finance#get-all-bills

    API Endpoint that would determine whether a particular bill item originated from POS.

    You may need to have this flag set to true when items are pushed into Mews.

    What's our Use Case?

    We want to be able to retrieve bill items that have originated in POS to Mews and we'll use Mews' interface to receive this information.

    However, we only want POS specific items, other items not originating from POS we don't want.

  4. Let's take for an example the hotel "Hôtel Golf Château de Chailly".
    After calling the "rules/getAll" and "products/getAll" we see that the product "6c5ed799-2e8a-4a18-8325-ac7a0086a886" is applied for "ResourceCategoryType" equals to "Room" and "Suite". But it's not added to the price displayed on the booking engine, for example, for tarif "7c58c0e7-64f2-41d6-aaff-ac6f00c31da1" and room "7599d179-e235-4894-9310-ac6f00c320ff".

    You colleague explained us that this product is the city tax. And as this product has the option Exclude price from offer so only the price of the room will appear on the distributor.

  6. There is a possibility to click "Create keys" in the Mews Admin to create keys by the Salto key cutter system. However we want to automize this through the API, so that keys can be automatically generated for guests, e.g. an hour before check-in.

  7. All the traffic in Google Analytics gets attributed to "Direct".
    Develop the possibility to attribute revenue to different channels such as "Paid" and "Organic" or others.

Adding an option for guests to make a donation (multiples of $2) to a selected charity (Red Cross or Regional Fire Association etc) at the booking Summary or Check out stage of their booking; similar to airlines and PayPal booking portals. Funds to be paid direct to the Charity bank account with your company reference for reporting.

  10. By doing more actions Mews to Mews on Zapier we would be able to have an infinite possibility of automations in various fields such as :
    - payments : charge 50% remaining of a flexible rate, 30 days before arrival
    -preauthorisations : on day of arrival, charge automatically the preauthorisations. If failed send email to team and guest...
    - out of order : if maintenance issue task, turn property to OOO
    -...
    If doable the possibilities would be endless and allow advance users through automation to personalize/automate their PMS

  11. Connect to RemoteLock - with contactless being the standard, many US hotels are moving to pin/door code locks and would be great to seamlessly integrate code generation, and include in welcome email.

    Specifically, they'd like to be able to trigger a Zap off when a new guest checks in at a Mews kiosk (in order to send notifications to their team that the guest has arrived).

  15. We now have the ability to connect task to reservations in Mews and this functionality has been added to the Mews API. However it would be really useful to have this added to the Zapier functionality as we have a number of zaps that create tasks in Mews, currently just putting the reservation number into the description field.

    I would like to have multiple voucher code options.

    some suggestions:
    -Single use only
    -Single user per user only
    -max amount of use per code

  17. Give owners the ability to send offers directly through distributor
