  1. Quickly create a new Mews enterprise using your existing Booking.com property account. This could include:

Victor & Charles thoroughly examines all public information found on the internet in order to have an updated guest profile, directly integrated into MEWS (LinkedIn, Facebook, Insta, Twitter, etc.) for real time use. The data enhanced by Victor & Charles are updated automatically so that the hotel benefits from the best of guest knowledge at all times (preferences, hobbies, dietary requirements, etc.).

  5. Adel provide door lock systems for hotels. With this integration, when the guest arrives, the property can cut keys directly from Mews instead of having to rely on additional systems.

  6. Systeam is a German-based badge system software that records the guests' consumption of a hotels' spa services. This integration would allow properties to directly post the consumption from Systeam to Mews and save the staff the time spent doing it manually.

  8. The Dynamsoft integration enables image capture, recognition and required guest information to be extracted from travel documents and removes the need for manually adding this information to the guest profiles in Mews.

  9. This change would remove the need for existing channel manager integrations to check the Mews channels list on a regular basis and manually update the mapping with every new channel.

  12. Bejermar provide accounting software to hotels. With an integration to Bejermar accounting, Mews will have a standardised CSV export which can be imported into the Bejermar software.

We're currently building an integration using the Connector API and found out that the response of the rates/getAll endpoint does not contain the isDefault value, while this is visible in the Mews Commander interface for each rate. We would love to see the IsDefault present in the API response for this endpoint.

  14. Lifepeaks has built API forward Mews, but unfortunately, it is not currently possible to set Gift Cards as an external payment method for third-party services, such as Lifepeaks, through their API.
    MEWS does not offer this functionality at the moment. Could this be done?

    Additionaly, If Mews would have integration with Lifepeaks, would gift voucher redeem be possible from booking engine. This would be an ideel world.

    We would like it to also support Occupancy-based pricing.

  19. Some properties needs a proforma invoice to share with the customer before the real one after checkin or check out. Mews has this funtionality only via back offie, but not from the API.
    We need ta way/method to generate using Api the following documents:

    • proforma invoice/bill preview

  20. Remove chain name from Booking engine as it is confusing and guest might only want to receive marketing from 1 hotel, not the chain.
