  1. Some emails to customers can be resent from Manage Reservation/Mailing Tab. However, the online checkout invitation is not between of the options.

    Adding this email would allow properties to resend the checkout invitation at any moment. For example, if the reservation is shortened to the following day, after the sending hour established in the settings

  5. It would be great if we could promote products later in the checkout process. Being able to upsell products on the Summary or Details screen of the checkout process would be great.

  6. Since Mews is doing such great work with bookable services. It would be great to be able to use a {bookable service} placeholder in the email templates.

    Thank you for booking {spa treatment} at {hotel company name} sounds much better, doesn't it?

  7. The new messages functionality is a huge improvement for guest communication. It would be very useful to have additional options like archive/delete, mark as unread and star messages from customers (or internally).

  8. Hey team,

    It would be great if we can upload our own favicon on the MEWS distributor links.
    In this way users better understand they are on the hotels brand website.
    And it will help for Google Hotel Search; currently the hotels show with a green generic logo.
    There is the option to request your own logo however following Google’s guidelines the favicon must match the final url:

  9. Countless languages are usable in MEWS by default. This makes a selection, for example when creating profiles, sending confirmations, etc. very tedious.

    In our house only German and English are used and it would be great if you could deactivate the other languages via global system settings.

    This would greatly improve our processes

  10. In guest portal first screen, you can see an overview of reservations and clearly which one is cancelled. Once you enter into the Reservation details, the cancelled one does not state "Cancelled" so it can be confusing for the guest.

  11. It should be possible to add multiple pictures to be displayed for products on the booking engine (Mews distributor). The pictures should be a carousel, displayed in the "Enhance your stay" section for add-on products.

  12. we sometimes have the need to register both the guest work and private email. a second field would therefore be handy as currently you are not able to put it anywhere. same for phone numbers.
    yes, you could add this to the internals, however when looking up the guest contact details you tend to stay only on the profile tab and not search further!

  13. We offer a guest different room categories and send him this in an offer.
    Now it must be possible for him to confirm only one category and reject all others.

  14. Include all fields of the guest internals tab in the guest profile report. Guest profile notes are sometimes more important than reservation notes to give clarity to classifiers.

  15. At the moment every booking service has its own Booking engine. It would be great if the customer could book multiple services in one flow. For example accommodation and parking spaces at the same time.

  16. it would be a cool e-commerce feature increasing conversion if we could send a reminder and summary of an abandoned booking in distributor via e-mail. A personalised text and an easy way to book would be a must.

  18. When a guest recerve online the system automatically delte the internal classification "Loyalty Program". It will be great is the system keep all the internals classifications.

  19. Group summary has poor data. More detailed summary would be perfect for group reservation.

    Extra information:
    -Reservation ID
    -Name per reservation ID
    -Arrival - Departure per reservation ID
    -Conpanion per reservation ID
    -products per reservation ID such as bike rental, extra bed

  20. Currently when there is a task i.e. saying a payment request was missed, one has to copy paste the name of the guest to search for the actual payment request. A direct link would be better
