Bookable Period
Would be nice if in the invoice description at the place of night will be overnight ( as german description as Nacht -> Übernachtung).
This is at the moment not possible, this"words" come from the service hard coded information and this are the only available options at the moment: night, day, Month and hour.1 vote -
Request guests' home location when booking
Add an address field in the booking engine so we can understand where our guests are coming from. Also helps with marketing efforts. If the PMS can then take this data and create a report showing states/countries that had the most amount of guests, that would be amazing.

Option to book more than one property
The idea is that when a guest books one of our properties, he will be asked if he wants to book another as well.
E.g. A guest books a stay in Vienna. After the booking was completed he gets ask if he wants to book a stay in Munich as well and when clicking on it he gets directly to the booking engine of the other property.1 vote -
Booking gaps
Booking gaps should be automatically overridden by the MLOS. For example, if the MLOS is 5 but there is a gap of 3 or 1 night, it should be automatically bookable. This is especially important for smaller properties with individual room categories.

for Reservations with a Booker, give the option to only email the customer the confirmation & Cancellation Emails
As the title says, right now you have the option for Customer & Booker, Booker, or None. we would like to see Customer as an option. sometimes we need to confirmations to just go to the customers, and not spam our bookers with the confirmation and cancellation emails.

Be able to enter the address for each space category
We manage several holiday rental units and the different space categories have different addresses in two different cities.
Currently the property address is placed in the general settings tab. The address placed in the general settings tab is the one that appears in the booking confirmation message for reservations at Mews booking engine in at tahe " How to get there" field.
We've tried to leave the ‘City’ field in the general settings tab blank, but it's not possible because it's a mandatory field.As the different space categories are located in two different cities, the fact that the address…

Restricted campaing code is not giving any information
When campaign code is restricted, booking engine should show this to the guest "the campaign code is not available this date, please try another date"

Return limited guest profile data
It would be great if you can restrict the guest information that is returned for a certain AccessToken.
We have an inquiry that our customer wants to see limited guest profile data (only guest name and room number) in our software and not the whole guest information like addresses, communication information, etc...Therefore it would be helpful, when such a filter can be configured on Mews side.

Placeolder for deposit amount in the "Automatic settlement failed" email
When we make a manual booking for a rate that requires a downpayment the "Automatic settlement failed" email is sent out if there is no credit card attached.
This, in itself, is a good thing. However it is often unclear for the guests how much they have to pay. They's have to find back the original booking confirmation (might have been months ago) and look through the rate description to figure out how much they have to pay.
A simple placeholder for the amount that the automatic settlement rule was supposed to have taken would be great for these cases.

directed to guest dashboard
The current UX/UI design and flow is not logical, at least to me. When entering a guest name into the search bar or clicking a guest name - you are taken to the profile tab instead of directly to the guest dashboard (where you can access every tab, closed bills, rebates, refunds, past stays, and future stays).
Currently, you are creating more steps than it should be - by having the page that you're being directed to - be the users profile instead of the dashboard.
If you program the backend to direct the user to the guest dashboard instead…

Split capacity by day of the week
Is it possible to offer a specific room type in weekends only to at least 2 adults and 2 kids, and on weekdays also to guests without kids?

On line booking of extra
Unfortunately, it is not possible to book an extra on a specific day on your online booking.
This is quite problematic for us as one of our extras is the Saturday buffet, which of course we only sell on Saturdays.
The same with Christmas menu. This is also only served on Christmas Eve 😊At our Place we only sell minimum 2 nights stay.

Request via Booking Engine
The ability to make just one request via the booking engine. Not every hotel wants the guest to always be able to book directly. Sometimes you only want to see the availability of the rate and category.
Example:
Especially for other services or spaces such as meetings and events, you should only be able to see the information and the hotel then decides how to handle the request.
Smaller hotels that also sell the entire house do not always want to receive direct inquiries.1 vote -

Speratate the details and the button in {messageDetailsHtml} to allow the "Reply" button as a unique placeholder URL, as it is the only button you can't edit or manipulate using HTML.

TEXT Extra person on booking engine - no need
We are sending rates for 1 person – and 2 persons are difference rate + 200 DKK.
The issue here is that we wish this text to be unvisible on booking engine.

Add the possibility to send a bill from a reservation to another reservation by searching for SEconfirmation number, without email adress attached to the other reservation.

invoicable visibility in the search box
Add the "invoiceabe" blue sign . When you search for a company in the main search box.
Atm you can only find the company, but have to go all in to the profile to see if its invoiceable.
