Parking symbol in the booking engine (instead of bed symbol)
I set up our parking slots as a bookable service.
In the Mews booking engine, the guest sees a "bed symbol" at the availability.It would be nice to have a car/parking symbol there, not a bed. :)

Add all the guest names to the confirmation letter
For travel purposes, especially because of a mandatory hotel quarantine, government agencies need to see the names of all the guests that will stay with us. The names should be added to the confirmation letter. You can create a new placeholder or add their names to the reservation details placeholder.

Make "PURPOSE" non -configurable in the setup so agents do not have to see it or have the ability to adjust it. Similar to the choice given to market segments

Calendar view; show the available bookable dates per apartment type to guests.
Currently a guest can only search for dates; checkin and checkout. Some guest have a strong preference for a particular apartment type and they want to know on which dates this apartment type is available. Currently this is not possible. Guest can only try a million times by entering dates and hope it is bookable. The solution can be calendar view or at least provide info on which dates there is the first availability. Apartment 'Superior' is available on July 25'th for 4 nights. With a calendar view (see AirBnb example) it is easy to see the free available spots.…

STOP Automatic Profile Merging
My client is booking multiple rooms using the same email and the guest names keep reverting back to old guest names from previous reservations they booked with that email.

Separate template for quotation
Quotation now shares a mail template with optional reservation. They should be separate in order to make good use of the quotation function in commander. Without a separate mail template, the quotation function is worthless in my opinion.

Remove "Maximum Persons" info below room selection
In the "Categories" screen there is always a "Maximum persons" info below the room name.
For beds this always shows "Maximum persons: 1", which is quite confusing for a lot of guests. - It looks like there is only 1 bed left.

Dramatically reduce check-in duration by asking only reservation owner data
In short: we just need to register one person´s data.
We try to speed up our self-check-in by encouraging online check-in in advance, however most of our guests do not check in online.
Now, when they come to the hotel and check in through Operator Kiosk, it takes a long time to check-in (for example they struggle to find ö,ä,ü for their names). That time is then multiplied for each person staying, which is not necessary.
We can cut self-check-in time in half by just not asking the companions´data, like we always do at the reception.

On the check-out report: Guests with NO open account on the current stay and only in future stays should also be on the top line to quick check-out.

Mews.li index landingpage
Dear support,
Some of our guests don't trust Mews.li. They search by google or directly on mews.li domain and see our hotelier login page which they clearly don't understand.
It would be useful if non hotelier mews.li visitor would have more info about Mews and why they should trust mews.li.

Specific guest profile information
Some regular guests have fixed specific request they always need: bath, low floor, diabetic, …
At this moment we can put this in the profile of the guest ‘intern information’.
Problem is when we’re making a new reservations we don’t see this information automatically.
We’re obliged to go to the profile of the guests and then to have a look in the submenu ‘intern information’.

Display text of "Order email template" text in the default confirmation email
When setting up space categories, we have the field "Order email template".
Unfortunately the text filled into this field is not sent in the default confirmation email.
You have to set up a custom confirmation email.My request is: Please include the "Order email template" text in the default confirmation email.

postal code
In France, it is now mandatory to give the postal code of the guest when you want to close the bill. So it would be very convenient to make it mandatory when the customer makes the reservation. Or to leave us the choice to add it as a mandatory information or not.

Add guests to checked in reservations via Operator
It would make it easier to keep the checked in reservations at the bottom of the operator screen and allow us to select them and add a guest who checks in later than the rest so that they can complete the check in too. Now there is no option to collect their information without undoing the check in, and that is not viable as we then could loose previous guests' info and signatures.
