Visible prices on booking engine
On booking engine, show lowest room rate on each date + a clear indication of minimum nights. Lots of other booking engines and airlines allow for this. Great tool to increase occupancy on quieter, future dates.

Feature Request: Enable Reservation Management When Booking for Someone Else
Currently, when using the MEWS reservation portal, clients who book a room for someone else (by selecting "I am booking for someone else") are not able to manage the reservation afterward. This includes essential actions such as modifying dates or canceling the booking.
To work around this, clients are selecting "I am booking for myself", even when reserving for another guest. While this allows them to manage the reservation, it results in the reservation being confirmed under the wrong name—that of the email/account holder—rather than the actual guest. Booking Engine: Display Rate Comparison Improvements
Current Rate Comparison Box in the Booking Engine does not pull data from the OTA's URL leaving room for human error especially when accounting for complex promotions and rate parity from the OTA's website.
If one is to use it properly, they must post a percentage adjustment in the "Competitor price relative adjustment" field to display the difference in prices.
Using the OTA URL, this should be able to complete the info in the box therefore push for more direct bookings.

Booker Confirmation email needs to be more concise for group bookings
Please make the new email templates better suited for group bookings. Summary merge tags are no longer available in the new email templates.
In the new templates, if a booker books 21 x Room A, the booker confirmation shows Room A + description + rate 21 times!! Same goes for tourist tax.

guest chat information linked to guest profile
Mews is constantly improving the use of AI for guest profile. It seems very strange that you do not include all the information from the guests chats. Here it is typical last minute wishes coming in, like silent room, allergies ao.
If you are not able to push this directly in the AI info it is weird there is NO link at all from the reservation or the guest profile that this guest/reservation had a chat with important information - accessable also later.1 vote -
Soft opt-in marketing
We'd like to adopt the 'soft opt-in' marketing model whereby bookers are automatically subscribed to our marketing database unless they specifically opt-out at the point of booking. This would require the current wording to be changed (ideally editable by us), and the checkbox to be ticked as default (or change to tick to opt-out).

Upgrades in Mews Kiosk
We are experiencing difficulties in implementing the upgrade function in the Mews Kiosk because the pricing becomes incorrect. For example, a guest books a Standard Room for 100 EUR when the room pricing is low. Upon arrival, the daily rate has increased to 160 EUR. The price difference to the next room category is 20 EUR. If the guest had gone to the reception, they would have been offered an upgrade for the difference of 20 EUR. Customize Payment Message for “Pay at Hotel” Bookings to Reflect Pre-Authorization Only
On the Mews Booking Engine, when guests choose the “Pay at Hotel” option, they are required to enter their credit card details for a pre-authorization (usually for the first night) as a guarantee. However, the interface still displays a “Proceed to Payment” button or message, which creates confusion and mistrust.
Many guests believe they are being charged immediately, and some abandon their booking altogether. This not only leads to a poor user experience but also reduces conversion rates.
We would like the ability to customize or replace the current message with something more accurate and transparent, such as:

Ability to set maximum children per booking
In the configuration of the booking engine, you are able to select the maximum amount of adults per booking - but not the maximum amount of children.

We would like to customize the occupancy in the booking engine, so that we have the posibility to manage the amount of available houses for sale.
