Have the POS retrieve the products from services in MEWS rather than having to recreate the List
We don't use the POS right now because as far as i'm aware the list of products needs to be maintained both in the POS and in MEWS. Having the POS pull a list of products from MEWS would be a key feature for us to consider using it.

Adding GUEST Name on a POS bill settle on Guest room
Actually when settle a POS bill on a Guest account in Mews, Mews POS-Bizzon show gthe Name of guest on screen. To make sure this is gthe right person who wkill be charge. When guest has signed on tghe screen, the bill is posted on his room account and a Pro-Format ticket is been provided for reception.
Reception store the ticket in the folder of the guest, but can not really controlled the Name of the guest.
And when you have 2 guest in a room who seperated bills, you can charge from the POS on the right folio on…4 votes -

A notification (physical receipt or digital notification) once order item is ready for pick up (from kitchen/bar) for service staff. Especially helpful in environments that have "runners" who only serve but do not take orders.

Enable Lock task mode for POS app
Some clients, especially those less tech-savvy, are reluctant to adopt mobile POS solutions (handhelds).
One reason is they think it looks unprofessional or too "techy" from their guests' point of view.
The other reason has to do with staff behavior at work.
The Bull (hotel in the UK), asked to lock the device so that it can be used only for the POS app, at least by the cashiers. The Notifications Window Should show at least a name or booking number.
The notifications window and the information "order created"is a bit pointless since it doesn't show any more information. In order to find out what order was created you have to click on order created and you will be send to the reservation. It would make more sense to at least show a booking umber or name in the notifications window next to order created.
