  1. It would be nice if in Bizzon the individual articles were added together on the final invoice and not individually. With large groups, it makes the invoice very confusing.

  2. It would be great to add "mandatory fields" in Bizzon Backend. Yet you can create an item without selecting a category. This causes errors as a category is needed to send it to the financial / ERP System

  4. Today, customers are not notified by a push alert when their order is ready. In addition to the written message on the DO (Delivery Order) interface, it would be great to have the option of sending a push notification to the customer's mobile device.

  6. Today in the DO app, change of language will change the buttons, labels, instructions ect... That would be great if the product content (name of products, modifiers, description) could also be translated.

  9. When an Company comes to our restaurant just for lunch and dinner, and they want to have bill send to Cie for payment. You HAVE to create an GUEST account making it PAYMASTER.
    Then in PMS, you need to connect that paymaster to the Cie, to be able to send the bill.
    Have you got a easiest way to do, or more complicated ? :)

  11. We don't use the POS right now because as far as i'm aware the list of products needs to be maintained both in the POS and in MEWS. Having the POS pull a list of products from MEWS would be a key feature for us to consider using it.

  14. Can you make a view for the timeline that is not by hour but by day only.
    Currently when checking availability you have to scroll past the actual date.
    EX: The timeline will show a space in the middle of the 15th that will make you think that the 15th is vacant but when you scroll past the 15th into the 16th you actually realize that the 15 is not vacant.

  16. Actually when settle a POS bill on a Guest account in Mews, Mews POS-Bizzon show gthe Name of guest on screen. To make sure this is gthe right person who wkill be charge. When guest has signed on tghe screen, the bill is posted on his room account and a Pro-Format ticket is been provided for reception.
    Reception store the ticket in the folder of the guest, but can not really controlled the Name of the guest.
    And when you have 2 guest in a room who seperated bills, you can charge from the POS on the right folio on…

  17. A notification (physical receipt or digital notification) once order item is ready for pick up (from kitchen/bar) for service staff. Especially helpful in environments that have "runners" who only serve but do not take orders.
