  1. This idea is specifically for the FSC market and a must have. It is asked in every POS demo.

    First, we would need a non-detailed ticket that simply states "1 meal", without any detail and without showing any tax differences.

    Then, customers in France very often ask to sum up the total of the ticket into "2 or + meals" (they just choose the nbre of meals they want on the ticket - which is very generic and does not show the detail of what has been ordered.
    Right now, there is no way to determine on 1 same ticket…

  3. Lets say a group of guests orders a steak dish, fish dish, chicken dish and veg dish.

    They all cook at different times and temepratures.

    Administrators should be able to set a priority for each dish so that no matter which order the server enters the order ot the tablet, the POS back end interface then re sorts the items for the chef kitchen order ticket so that the longest cooking item goes to the top of the list.

    This will aid kitchen operations speed and efficiency.

  4. Not taking away anything from the report as it is helping, but It would be so helpful, if there was a box that reported the gross sales for each outlet

    I.e.

    • Bar
    • Restaurant
    • etc

    At the moment, each manager is manually, adding up these figures to see what business each outlet did the previous day.

    Please look into it as it’s such an obvious one

  5. Make it possible for even more payment methods, especially country-specific ones, to be implemented in MEWS Terminal and Payment. E.g. Rekakarten, Lunchcheck, Twint (Switzerland-specific)

  7. There are currently no Gift Card or Voucher system integrations with Mews POS. This is hurting us especially in the UK where such integrations are widely available from competitors and this lack of integration means that moving to Mews POS would take away their current ability to redeem credit balances in the POS. SmartGift is used by our customers and is already on the Marketplace for PMS. We should integrate this with POS also.

  8. For kitchen receipts to print added notes in red, so that they do not get missed. E.g. dietary requirements and allergies // Changes to dishes.

  12. Allow the waitstaff to see, on each table of the floor plan, the courses to follow. For example, in the case of a 3-course menu, it would display 1/3 if the table has only received the appetizer

  14. It would be great to add "mandatory fields" in Bizzon Backend. Yet you can create an item without selecting a category. This causes errors as a category is needed to send it to the financial / ERP System

  16. Today, customers are not notified by a push alert when their order is ready. In addition to the written message on the DO (Delivery Order) interface, it would be great to have the option of sending a push notification to the customer's mobile device.

  19. When an Company comes to our restaurant just for lunch and dinner, and they want to have bill send to Cie for payment. You HAVE to create an GUEST account making it PAYMASTER.
    Then in PMS, you need to connect that paymaster to the Cie, to be able to send the bill.
    Have you got a easiest way to do, or more complicated ? :)
