  1. Currently, it's unfortunately not possible to set a minimum price for a space / room category.

    However, this would be very helpful if you have a set of rates that derive its price from another rate (called "base rate" in Mews).

    Let's look at the following example: To create better long-stay rates, I created 16 rates. For every two days a guest stays longer, the guest will receive a (small) discount for the whole stay.

    So, the rate is always derived from another (base) rate. I would like to be able to set a minimum price on a space category…

  2. Add a multiple select option for Space Categories inside rate set-up.

    I don't necessarily want all space categories sold on every rate that is set-up. It would be ideal if I could select the applicable space category inside the rate rather than having to "always" apply multiple restriction across many rates and room types, this has potential of creating hundreds of restrictions (10 rates/10 spaces).

  3. it would save a lot of time if the yellow out of order blocks could be split instead of us having to shorten them and create a new one for the other half when we only need to open up a room for a certain date.

  4. As we expand the capabilities of Space-Time on a frequent basis the use cases for it's usage grow. The current quota (or limit) of occupants that one can cap a Resource (Space) at is 100. This is not sufficient especially for properties offering Meeting and Events packages or using a Space for an event. There should be the capability to increase this further 100 occupants.

  6. good example to state my feature request:

    Some of our hotels offer breakfast as optional service. The customers add it when placing a reservation in the booking engine. The "breakfast during your stay" product is calculating the amount of persons and the amount of nights. We have the correct information that the booking is placed with 2 adults and 1 kid. The price of the breakfast for a kid is cheaper, so it could be interesting if you can add two prices in one product: a price for an adult and a price for a kid.

  7. In the accounting category classifications there are several "hard coded" classifications like Food and Beverage, Accommodation, .... etc.
    For better classification it should be possible to add some free to fill in classifications.
    At least the classification Food and Beverage should be split into Food, Beverage if free classifications aren't possible, because these are common used classifications.

  8. Holiday rentals/apartments that are dotted around a city/country will often have a situation where each room is its own category. Currently there is a limit of 120 per service. It's possible to create a service per region/city however this isn't very scalable when a region reaches 120 resources and then everything has to be split to a new service.

  9. When restrictions are in place (for example: minimal stay 2 nights) the internal user CANNOT see the rate on those given days. In fact when restrictions are in place the hotelier cannot see any of the rates. So when there is a WALK IN or a request the hotelier is flying blind. Therefore: even when restrictions are in place there should be an option that hoteliers or certain users can still see the rates of that day.

  10. Occupancy overview in dashboard only 7 days ahead, while need is there to have similar overview for 14 days, this makes planning staff for Restaurants, Housekeeping much easier. If you click on Occupancy then the data comes out, completely different. The overview for 14 days, would be a great asset and make life easier.

  11. When using + sign copy over rights of the users to the new user so you dont need to review every box. This will save a lot of time having to manage a chain.

  12. When you add a product on the reservation screen, it would be nice to be able to select what date you want it for instead of being put for the all stay and after have to cancel the date you don't want it

  13. In den Benachrichtigungen, wäre es super hilfreich, wenn nicht nur "neue Bestellung erzeugt" stehen würde, sondern zB. "Neue Distributor Buchung Anreise heute", oder "Neue Booking.com Buchung Anreise 02.05.22"

    Zusätzlich wäre auch ein Logo anstatt des grauen Kreises sinnvoll.

  14. In the final bill, we would like to have the possibility to split the accommodation cost between the Student (paying partially the room cost) and the Public Admin (paying the rest of the accommodation, considering that they PA is not paying VAT so I need to close it with VAT exempt)

  15. If a room list is uploaded and thus guests are assigned to rooms, it would be good if the rooms were locked against moving by default.

  18. It would be helpfull to see in the reservation summery how many double use and single users are in the booking. Especially in group bookings, you need to count every time when the client adjust the number and forwards the namelist.

  19. I have 2 requests that both pertain to the rooming list functionality.

    1) I would like to be able to edit rooming lists once they are downloaded. Right now, they download as locked excel spreadsheets. That means it is impossible to add notes, or simply delete columns that are not relevant. I would like to share rooming lists with clients, but that is not possible without being able to edit them.

    2) If reservations within a group have two companions noted in the reservation, the rooming list duplicates each reservation, making the groups appear double in size. This is confusing,…

  20. In a previous system we were able to set up templates for a task which consisted of multiple individual tasks.
    For example if a guest had requested an extra bed, reservations would add one task to the booking which in turn triggered the tasks for housekeeping to set up the bed as well as remove it on departure).
    This was SO handy as it avoided mistakes and reception / reservations only had to add 1 task.
    Of course this works particularly well if you are able to link tasks to a specific event in the reservation like arrival and departure…
