  1. It is a great feature that we can set dynamic pricing but on the product overview screen there is no indication that a price has been overridden, making this impossible to track and monitor.

  2. Pourvoir définir qu'un check-in ne peut pas avoir lieu avant un certain délai suite à un check-out.
    Ce délai peut-être pour certaines catégories de logement ou juste pour certains jours de la semaine.

    Par exemple:
    nous n'avons pas d'équipe de ménage un we, donc interdire les réservations avec une arrivée le dimanche si un départ est prévu le samedi.
    Et inversement, une arrivée est prévue un dimanche, la chambre ne pourra pas se vendre si le check-out de la nouvelle réservation est la veille.

  3. It would be useful to be able to lock the rate of a reservation when making price agreements for a one-time booking, just like you are able to lock the booking to a specific roomnumber. Now, when you or a colleague makes any changes to the reservation, you have the risk of changing the rate.

  4. We currently have the problem, that we sell apartments (parent space) which consist of a living room and 2 bedrooms (child spaces).

    The two bedrooms/child spaces (Studio and Standard category) can be booked individually. This phenomenon should only come into play, when all other rooms of the same category are fully booked.

    Due to the automatic assignment, we sometimes have bookings in the child spaces which results in the apartment not being available and our staff have to change assignments themselves. Currently we have no option to exclude child spaces from the automatic assignment.

  5. when creating a rate (or amending it), it would be handy if you had the opportunity to see what voucher(s) the rate is linked to and more importantly that you are able to amend it there and then.
    now you need to remember the long name (we have a lot of the same names "corporate rate") and hoping you pick the correct one! not very efficient use of our time.

  6. When you log into the PMS, it shows an occupancy chart and underneath how many arrivals, departures, etc there are for the next few days. However, it would also be good to show HOW MANY AVAILABLE ROOMS there are on each day for the next few days. And I mean rooms and NOT occupancy. So, if someone asks if we are fully booked or if there is availability in general, one can very quickly see that there are still rooms available before digging in further to see which rooms and room types are still free. Ideally and to be honest…

  7. Add row formatting in PDFs generated by MEWS. Shading of the rows would be nice or/and make the lines between the rows visible in the printed version.

  8. When a reservation is made or changed and the system does not assign a room to it and it is going to drop in to the red line - there should be a warning that pops up to let us know this is happening so that it can be rectified straight away.

  9. When opening the new product report, and then selecting the service type, the report SHOULD automatically provide only the product categories attached to this service type.

    Then, upon selecting or deselecting the category, the products listed should be ALL ACTIVE products, and not 'some' deleted products and some active products, and it definately should not an INCOMPLETE list of products.

    Alternatively, in the product details, one should be able to designate the product to be 'listed' or 'unlisted' in the product reports default setting.

    Speed in combination with paperless is of essence; and when "all products" is selected, it occurs…

  10. The Availability block report (i.e. once exported to Excel) only outlines the blocks that are in place however it would be great to include further details such as how many rooms are held in each block.

  11. When looking at the monthly overview in the Manager Analytics,it would be great to know what’s happened in the past days (month to date). So we know what occupancy and Average Daily Rate we had already, to see if our Forecasts are still on track. This also helps us to determine whether our goals/targets are still within reach or we need to adapt.

  12. Create one report for all Food and Beverages consumed together with the revenue.
    One report should who how much was consumed and how much revenue was generated for all F&B Outlets, one total sum needs to be added.

  13. de optie om een Company Voucher in het boekingscherm in te vullen is door MEWS weggehaald. Nu kan er alleen nog Public Voucher genoteerd worden. Wij gebruiken veel Company Vouchers dus deze graag terugplaatsen

  14. It would be nice if the detailed invoice/bill also has a total amount per Package. especially when you have several bookings on 1 invoice.

    Several travel agency's require this for their accounting. now we need to do this all manually.

  17. We are presently loosing a lot of time trying to reconcile invoices issued to payments received, especially when a downpayment has been made via MEWS merchant a few month prior to the arrival of a guest.

    Having a report where you can see 1 booking number and all the payments made for it including the details of the Mews Merchant payment identifier for each payment, would save us a lot of time during the debtors reconciliation process.

  18. In the process of making a new reservation, to see the available rooms by type and by date, there should be able to choose the period (from - till) date and to see with numbers are available:

  20. Bonjour,
    Serait il possible d'avoir un rapport journalier, détailler des petits déjeuners avec le nom des clients et les nombres de petits déjeuner par personnes et par jours (actuellement le rapport nous donnes la quantité total de petits déjeuner du séjour de chaque clients) et c'est pas pratique car certains client ne prennent pas le petit déjeuner tout le temps
    du coup il faut exporter le rapport sur excel faire des modifs et imprimer pour le matin
