  1. Hi, we would love to get automatic printed out the fire reports at 3 different time periods during the day (07:00AM, 14:00PM, 22:00PM). Today, we need to print out manually. Great if you can check up this opportunity.

  2. When a group booking is created for lets say 10 rooms, you will get 10 notifications for new bookings.
    It would be very helpful if you could send only one notification "new groupbooking 10 rooms" via the little bell symbol.

  4. As our property mostly sell packaged products we are missing the possibility to package a product with multiple items which then ..
    - could be sold as an enhancement to stay
    - be billed directly by frontoffice without having team remember all components

    In addition it would be desireble to set a product for sale specific period or days only.

    Example: Would love to sell a Christmas Lunch composed by Food & beverage items for stay 25 December without having to create a separate Stay package.

  5. Beim Anlegen einer Steuerungsregel, wäre es cool, wenn man direkt auch ein festes verknüpftest Profil zusätzlich zum Verantwortlichen auswählen kann, welches der Abrechnung hinzugefügt wird. Safe clicks.

  6. Bluserena needs caparra to be available in order to use it as pre payment for stays and VAT on caparra should come across as 0 as the VAT is calculated in the whole stay at the end so the deposit would be wrong as it calculates the VAT as 10%

  8. Hi all,

    the action log sould be more easier to understand.

    The commands / logs that are recorded are not clear enough.
    If a guest checks out at the Mews Kiosk then in the action log it is:

    State changed from Started to processed ....

    That doesnt make any sense and staff do not know what action was beeing done. Better is to state: checked in or checked out...

  9. Wenn man einen Mindestaufenthalt eingestellt hat, gibt es keinen einfachen Weg, Lücken zu öffnen (z.B. bei Mindestaufenthalt 5 Nächte eine Lücke von 3 Nächten zu öffnen)
    Entweder könnte man dies automatisieren oder es vereinfachen, die Restriktionen für einzelne Zimmer and einzelnen Daten anzupassen

  10. Do not sell new booking that force to change the room number of future booking with a lock on because the guests wants to have this room number. The property should have the option to decide if the future bookings with a lock on, can limit the availability in the inventory in order to ensure that a client can have the room number he wants.

  11. Would it be possible to split check-outs based on when they are leaving?
    If you could possibly create some headlines between the check-outs with grouping of times.

  12. With a receivable tracking feature in use we had a trackable payment line visible at the PM, to follow how many invoices wasn´t paid as well as the amount of each one, all in one page. This week the feature was removed without proper advices and now we did not found a way to have similar info on screen. Instead to become easier it is now worst. We have a case opened asking for help.

    In case you will not allow to use this receivable tracking feature anymore, is it possible to include a column on dashboard tab to include…

  13. Allow the full user edit screen for admins when editing another user like when your editing your own profile / account.

    We add the users to mews and would include 2FA and profile picture so new users have a fully set up account. Right now these options are not available for admins (we have a specific hardware for 2FA and dont want employees to use their private mobile phones for 2FA for security reasons).

    Also it would be great to have an option to specify what users can change by itself similar to the enforce 2FA. Good behaviour would be…

  14. Often we get attendees that make reservations outside of the group block, usually by human error. It would be ideal if we can edit the rate code or change their rate to a group rate block and then, after changing the code, it automatically changes the room rate to match the group rate, applies the group routing rules, group product rules. I have seen this is all our previous PMS systems, I am confused why its not an option.

  15. When adding products from Billing - can you please make the top row static, so it doesn't disappear when you scroll down the list of products.
    Ideally you'd want to add all your products and then switch the Tab from the top to make any Additional changes, instead of scrolling back up.
    This will add some great ease of use quickly!

  16. Operations are complaining about the lack of housekeeping statuses, especially check in status. Optimal functionality would be "occupied" but maybe it could be solved by using clean status at check in?

    The reason for this is that by keeping the space inspected, front office forget to check in reservations (ghost rooms) and they lose control over how many inspected spaces are available to sell to walk ins. For housekeeping it is the other way around - when check in makes room dirty they re-visit already cleaned rooms, disturbs guest etc.

  18. Split reservations - optional and confirmed

    at the moment, only in house reservations can be splitted. When a guest already books a room change, we have either to make two different reservations or block the spaces until the guest is checked in.

  19. Hello,

    When we have a paymaster account and the customer has several bills linked to his account, we change the name of the bill, but they are not placed in alphabetical order, is it possible to do this? and/or have the option to drag and drop the order of them?

    When we choose sort by month, it only changes the order in each bill, it would have been nice to have an alternative where we can sort everything on one customer by month, even if it is in different bills. Just need it for a better overview.

  20. When you go to manage a reservation, then Properties, then change the arrival or departure date, the "Apply Cancellation Fee" box appear, AND it is already checked. This is incredibly stupid. First, the box is completely useless since even if you were to use it to apply a cancellation fee, it doesn't add the tax. Second, why would you have it automatically checked, when more than 90% of the time there is no need to charge a cancellation fee, including 99.9% of time when you're changing the departure date.
