  3. Where the hotel or group has a fiscal period that is not a calendar year it would be nice to be able to set to the filter dates to default to the fiscal period.

  4. Nous accueillons chaque semaine une compagnie qui réserve 10 à 12 chambres chaque fois et invite de nouvelles personnes chaque fois.
    Le nom de ces personnes reste dans le profil paymaster que nous avons créé pour cette compagnie. Alors qu'elles ne vont pas revenir , il faudrait supprimer cette liste d'occupants de chambres car inutile et encombrante

  5. Currently you can book adults or children into a space. However, particularly in hostels, some rooms aren't suitable for children. eg. you shouldn't be allowed to book a 10 year old into our 28 bed dorm on their own.

  6. Add the day (Mon, Tue, ...) to the date field in the Reservation Overview Report. This feature already exists in the Product Report.

  7. Add the ability to set an MLOS rule that will reduce the MLOS applied where a short gap between two bookings is not long enough to satisfy the restriction applied to that respective Space Category. This is particularly needed for Short Term Rental operators where a Space Category has an inventory of 1. This functionality offered by Pricelabs.

  8. Currently the tasks doughnut on the dashboard displays pending & missed tasks of all assignee's & departments which can make it very confusing.

    Changing the doughnut to only show missed & pending tasks assigned to your or your department will make this doughnut more relevant. The tasks report should then also pre-load with the filters assigned to me or my department. I can then remove/change these filters if I want to see all or other departments/employees.

  9. so instead of graphs and drawing on the dashboard it would be great just to have name on it and when we click on the icon it gives the further details that was we can make the dashboard look much more clean and make more space

  11. possibility to add an icon on the timeline to alert of space features request on reservation or guest profile.

  12. Can there be an easy way to design Promotions? Similar to booking.com.

    Select stay dates.
    Select booking dates.
    Select Rate Plan.
    Select Room Types
    Set up discount.
    and run the promotion.

    1 What is an OGM
    OGM is a structured reference used with wire transfers and supported by all banks in Belgium in the form of: +++090/9337/55493+++
    This reference is used by the hotels to process the bank payments automatically

    2 Structure
    If you strip the + and / from the example +++090/9337/55493+++ you get 090933755493

    The first 10 digits are typically the invoice number 0909337554. This could be a combination of invoice number and financial journal, or any other combination, but the invoice number is commonly used and should work for most of the customers.

  14. Create an option to amend the advanced purchase discount % by day or day of week. I.e. Monday - Wed 10% off and thursday - saturday 15% and sunday 20% off

  16. To avoid hotel staff from taking credit card details over the phone some hotels are creating optional bookings for guests and asking the guest to complete their Navigator profile in order to obtain the guests' credit card details securely. After payment details are supplied the staff are then have to manually change the status of the reservation to confirmed and process payments.

    It would beneficial if when a guest completed their profile set up for their optional booking that the status would automatically change to confirmed straight away and any payment automation that it set up is triggered automatically.

  17. Configuration setting which allows us to Swop number of adults in reservation screen van low to high.
    By default its set to highest number of users, while our business services predominantly 1 persons in dorm types.
    We notice many wrong bookings are made, since its set by default on 1.

    Could we please get a choice on whether we display 1 adult before 2 adults.

  19. When you go to edit the dates you selected in the date selector of the new reservation screen it loads up the next 3 months first, even if the dates you'd previously selected were months in the future.

    It would be useful if the date picker jumps to the area of the dates you had already selected as it's likely the new dates are going to be around those dates.

  20. When scheduling reports, you typically have them scheduled to send via email in the morning. This ensures that all data is accurate for the day prior.

    When scheduling Month Overview Manager Reports, you can select the date range to be from the 1st of the Month to Today 00:00 (midnight the night prior). This is great because all the data is final and cannot / should not really be adjusted.

    However, when scheduling the Year Overview Report, the only option for date range is from the 1st of the year to Tomorrow 00:00 (which is midnight tonight as opposed to…
