  1. To keep our team safe during the pandemic, we would like to automatically quarantine a room after a check-out for 24 or 48 hours before our housekeeping team enters the room to prepare it.

    This helps us protect our team, and gives guests confidence that the room is safe from COVID-19.

  2. The system should be able to propose the cheapest rate possible to our guests (like booking.com does). Mixing the rates to offer the best deal is a guarantee to compete better against booking.com. Not mixing the rates allows booking.com to steal bookings from us. Exemple: you activate a Last Minute deal on the next 48h. A guest want to arrive today and stay for 3 days. On booking.com, he will see a rate mixed from the last minute rate (for the 2 first nights) and from another rate for the 3d night. On our booking engine, you will see either…

  3. At the moment, when you need to allocate the rooms for the arrivals of the day, the display bar shows you ALL the rooms, even those that are out of service, occupied, or reserved. Which doesn't make any sense because there is way too much scrolling up and down to find a "vacant inspected room"

  4. The main booker of a company always wants to receive a confirmation email with all of the guest names now the main booker only sees a reservation number of all reservations

  5. The Rooming List can be used to add numerous reservations in one go. One of the necessities of this type of import is to be able to calibrate the reservations in one go also. Thus, if the client chooses that all the persons in the group need to pay their extra by themselves, then the Cashlist internals function needs to be ticked the same amount of times in Commander.

    Allow the Rooming List to also populate certain internals directly into the reservations/profiles in order to populate the information in one go.

If you go in to the space status report and view different dates the responsible person is based on the current day responsible person (i.e. Housekeeping lady 1 is responsible for room 101 on 27/10//20, according to the report the same persons was responsible for room 101 on 25/10/20 even though housekeeping lady 1 was not working that day or had repsonsibility for a different room)

    Would be great if Mews could store data for the responisble person each day, so you can easily track who was responsible for which room on which date and maybe let housekeeping manager assign…

  8. It would be easy to select multiple reservation when checking-in or changing room number. For instance, if you have multiple rooms in a basic category and you want to give them all an upgrade (however separate reservations), it would be nice to have an easy way to select them all and drag to a different category. Moreover, When checking in rooms who are not merged together, however do arrive together, it would be easy if you could all check them in at once.

  9. When making reports you often need to select more than just one rate group or one rate, or one company, or one of the filters. It would be amazing to be able to select the filters freely and choose more than one in each category

  13. Het van uit Mews, als reserveringssysteem, met eigenaren van vakantiewoningen afrekenen/ factureren van de huuropbrengsten. Waarbij een door een verhuurorganisatie voor eigenaren beheerde woningen over een periode (maand of kwartaal) de daarin gemaakte reserveringsomzet/ huurgelden wordt gefactureerd aan de eigenaar minus de eigenaar specifieke verhuur provisie% over de huurgelden.
    Waarmee de opvolging van een reservering volledig binnen Mews gebeurd, van de boeking van uit de gast t/m de afrekening aan de woning eigenaar van deze reservering na de afreken periode op basis van vertrekdatum.

  14. A push alert is provided on any room that are due, ‘To be Cleaned’ when the guest has checked out of that room so that housekeeping can take action right away.

  16. When you configure a product the price can only be: "per night", "per person", "per person per night" or "once". It would be great to have an additional option, a quantity up to the guest between some values stablished in MEWS. For example: we accept between one and two dogs per room and we can only sell one vía web; we want to sell bike rent for 1h during the stay, and just 2 people out of the four in the booking want to rent the bike (this is not possible either).

  18. We have some ‘Long stays’ but there is no where we can see the actual number of days they’re staying (without looking at the arrival and departure date and making the maths). It would help if there could be a way of having a number (it could be right next to the reservation dates and inside parentheses) indicating the total room nights of that reservation
