Access control for making rate overrides in new reservation screen
Hi,
If staff have the access for reservation they can override the rate in the "new reservation " screen. Is it possible to add a special permission for this ?2 votes -
Add "guest name" as a placeholder in the text of "Booker Confirmation"
Although the name of the guest appears in the reservation details, it would be great to be able to add the name of the guest (as a placeholder) in the text and subject of the email for the "Booker Confirmation".
For example:
"Dear Isabel (booker),

enable adding products to different booking engines
When adding a product, it is automatically added to all booking engines. However, we offer different products in different booking engines (for example for certain events or retreats). Please enable to add or delete products to certain booking engines or to restrict products from other booking engines or rates.

Minimalize a reservation
Option to minimalize a reservation (for example keep it in the right bottom of the timeline). It could allow you to continue with other tasks and than later on get back to the reservation/booking that you were working on. It could also be a reminder for yourself that you need to follow up on that certain reservation.

Dispay round figures
During the rate setting we use round figures ( 99€ for one night) but when we use a discount of 10% for example, the rate for the room will show up on the website like this : 89.1€. This is not efficient.

Tasks for additional products purchased during reservation to be made for the Reception department
Once a guest purchases an additional product (wine, airport transfer etc.) along with making a room reservation, the Reservations department gets an automatic task.

E-mail performance statistics
The possibility to have insight in the performance of specific e-mail types, such as the "After start e-mail". From a marketing point of view it would be useful to keep track of open rates for example.

Specific Room Assignment in the Group Blocks
Enable assigning specific rooms to the group block. Properties should be able to block specific room numbers for the group so that the groups are staying close to each other.

Can't "unallocate" a provisional booking?
We are trying to remove the unit number from a provisional booking but don't seem to be able to do so. this is something you are able to do with a confirmed booking. any chance this feature can be enabled for optional bookings too?

Remove one (or more) booking(s) from group
Is there a way to move one or more bookings from one group to either a new one or another already excising group?
merge doesn't work as it somehow moves ALL the group bookings even if you only have ticked those that you need to move.
if not possible, could it be made possible please as sometimes you add a booking by mistake and now you need to cancel it and make again. if the guest is already in-house, that is of course not an option!7 votesHello from the Mews product team,

Availability Notifications for Inquired Reservations
Instead of overbooking, we use Inquired Reservations as a waiting list to optimise occupancy. It'd be great to get notified when a reservation is cancelled that there are inquired reservations for that date which can potentially now be confirmed.
