"Share With" - Share Reservations
There is a recurring need for hotels to track multiple reservations assigned to a unit. Oftentimes 2+ individuals, arriving at separate times, will each need a reservation for the same unit/dates. Sometime that nightly rate will also need to be split between these reservations.

show occupancy in restrictions calender
In order to check if restrictions are still valid / necessary, the occupancy (overall and per room type) should be displayed in the restrictions calendar (as in rate management). This is very important to check if MLOS and close restrictions are still valid.

Changing room numbers with house use rooms
Now when booking in a house use room it is set to one specific room.

It would be great if we can delete multiple employees/users at the same time (in bulk) in stead of doing it 1 by 1

onboarding manager
The onboarding manager should stick with the project for 6month to a year and not 5 days after going live. We are a new hotel and did not have reservation prior to going live. now that we are live several questions arise and there is no direct number to contact. I have read the help articles but still do not get a clear answer from them. I have submitted the question through contact us and still have not gotten answers. If there is a number to call direct when it is an urgent need that would be more helpful.

Keep accounting category of double rebates
At the moment, when a rebated item is rebated again (a double rebate) it changes accounting category to the predefined accounting category in accounting configuration. It would be good if it kept the accounting category set for rebates of that product/night

Accountling ledger, bonus withdrawl
I like that bonus points are added to the accounting ledger. But I would very much like it to be updated so that these come chronologically by date. There will be a lot of scrolling to find the way when something is written there, you have not paid off because it is no longer shown on the guest's bill directly.

Deactivate a product without deleting it.
It would be interesting to be able to deactivate a product temporarily, without having to delete it permanently.
By deactivating it, it remains easily available for reactivation, but does not pollute the list of available products or become a potential source of confusion.2 votes -
Add a credit card, when you make a new reservation
Option to directly add the CC in the process of making a new reservation. Otherwise you need to go to the profile and add it there. It cost extra steps / clicks and also the change to forget to add the CC.
It shout also be linked to the rate you choose -> non refundable, always ask for a CC.

NEXT 5 DAYS interval for scheduled reports
Please add following interval for scheduled reports:
"NEXT 5 DAYS"schedule starts 8/9 07h00 -> report for 9/9, 10/9, 11/9, 12/9, 13/9
next schedule 9/9 07h00 -> report for 10/9, 11/9, 12/9, 13/9, 14/9
etc...Maybe also 'next 10 days' as an extra option.

Create option to allocate reservations based on revenue
Provide functionality for auto-allocation of bookings to units, in order to spread revenue income evenly across owners. Rather than Top-Down, Bottom-Up, or Random, taking prior YTD revenue consumed by unit in to account would help spread revenue evenly and keep owners happy (particularly w/ Condo-Hotel types where individuals own specific units and put them in rental pools)

Add booking notes directly from timeline
It would be really great if we could quickly add notes to a booking from the timeline, in the side panel that opens when you click on a reservation.
Now, to add a note you have to click once to view the details, once on Manage, then in Properties and scroll down to add notes.

Sustainable integrations and native imports
Being able to integrate/import more details into mews.
When looking to the future our demand for accurate and immediate reporting becomes ever bigger. having MEWS as the central HUB for everything would be nice. Alternatively having more integrations with 3rd party players that can take relevant info from mews, ESG reporting criterias will be more and more crucial in the coming years2 votes -
Lead-in time and configuration for product upselling
There is already a suggestion for having a inventory for stay products. Now that the products can be booked by the customer during the booking flow and online check-in, it would be interesting to have more configuration options for upsell products. Right now, it is very limited. Certain products need to be prepared or ordered on request. There should be a deadline of choice. For example: booking a bouquet of flowers can only be added 48 hours before arrival. Otherwise we can't order the flowers anymore. The chatbot bubble is static at the bottom left corner of the screen. It blocks access to anything that I have to click on that very same spot! Please make an option to move this bubble.

Deleting products in total
It would be nice if Mews would finally make it possible to delete products from a group booking in total, rather than having to go into each reservation individually. Thank you!

los restrictions on rooms
A tick box on space types when setting los restrictions, at the minute you have to do every date individually, along with every space, so if you have 17 space types, and want a los on Saturday nights, you have to set the restriction 17 times for 1 day, 884 restrictions just for Saturdays, would be much easier if you could select the space via a tick box, at the minute if you do a generic restriction, you cant undo just one space.
This could also be applied to rate codes.14 votes
