  1. Often when guest book in advance we have to search all over the calendar which room are overbooked. When this happen, instead of spending time searching between 2 years, Mews could simply show which dates are overbooked so we could access it straight away

  2. For a checkout, when using a pre-authorization that was made with the EPT Terminal, the only way to notice it, is the file number attached, which can be easily missed, and should be colored in red.

    Also please display a pop-up:
    Warning: The pre-authorization you are trying to use was made with EPT Terminal. Please make sure to use the file number and debit there before confirmation.

  3. this has happened since the change of company billing / error comes up as there are no public rates available despite voucher code having been added.
    only public rates are now showing when making a booking.

    please solve asap as it causes huge errors with rates and cancellation settings.

  4. you have recently amended the accounting configuration for the invoices so that company name and bank account, iban and bic are able to be filled in and display. however, in the UK / Channel Islands we also have a sort code which is vital information for payments made. could this please be added as otherwise this configuration is a bit pointless for us

  5. We have employees who are mapping products in the marketplace channel manager integrations, however we do not want to give these colleagues admin rights. Can a workplace privilage be set for these settings in order to have access, without the need for providing admin rights

  7. The manager report counts the rooms wrong.
    The rport counts the spaces and not the rooms. But for example when a connecting room is sold as one family room, the report counts 3 rooms sold.

    This is just wrong and needs do be adjusted. The support sadly doesnt help and told me to post it as an idea.

  8. Show Products that are priced as a package in the confitmation mails or give the option to choose in the product setting wether a product should be displayed in the mails and shown to the customer or not.

  9. If a reservation is made outside of the Availability Block for there to be a way to add it into the picked up reservations after the fact.

  10. The Manager Report ran by Accounting category adds up inventory from different spaces. But when we create a Stay space and a Day Use space, it multiplies our inventory, although it's linked to the same exact rooms. Therefore, occupancy is always incorrect. For example, my property has 24 rooms, but because I linked each room to both Stay and Day Use, the report states 48 rooms and occupancy is incorrect. The system should understand that because it's linked to the same rooms, it should not multiply inventory.

  12. Hello. We need a report that indicates when a guests added nights to their stay.
    Currently under the updated reports section it includes any reservation that had even a minor change, like a note added or another person.

    Ex. lets say I have a guest that books for Oct 1-31 for $100 a night for a total of $3100. On Oct 15 they tell you they want to add the month of November so another 30 days an additional $3000. When I look at the booking it shows total revenue of $6,100. When I submit my weekly report of what…

  13. At the moment the restriction settings in MEWS are very complicated and extensive. When we try to close multiple rates that are within different Rate Groups (due to the settlement required) we have to close all rates individually. Our idea is to create Rate Buckets where you can add rates manually that only apply to restriction. This way, you can apply all restrictions on these Rate Buckets instead of on rate group or individual rates.

    Furthermore, it would be perfect if you can apply restrictions based on occupancy %. I.e. if hotel is 60% booked, I want to close all…

  15. When displaying Hotel Guest Name on the Timeline why cant you add how many occupants are in that rom as well ie Smith/Jones 2 or Jackson 3 which would be very helpful as a quicker view of how many guests staying instead of going over multiple reports and clicks.

  17. Where one has rates setup and sold inclusive of the the package e.g. Breakfast, @ R1500.00 single or double inclusive of breakfast. In MEWS rate setup it is required to set a negative occupant adjustment for the value of the breakfast in order to correctly quote the rate for the single room booking @ R1500.00

    Where you have derived rates, one normally sets the rate up against the base rate with its relative % adjustment. e.g. -10%, however as the base rate has the negative occupant adjustment for the breakfast to too is discounted on the single rate published. Therefore…

  18. When you have made an adjustment to a rate you have to go through the whole year to see that adjustment.

    I.e. I have a base rate on 800 SEK. I have an adjustment that apply every sat - sun. That lower the price to 650 SEK. It's easy to do and hard to manage.

    What if I'm not happy with the lenght of it or want to do adjustments to that adjustment. There is no overlook on what adjustments are applied. The only thing I can do is change the date and the start scrolling. How far did someone…
