Stay products in Commander App
As housekeeping complete their daily cleaning schedule, they are often responsible for restocking minibar products or other room amenities. Therefore, adding stay product details within the Commander application could provide stocking information and reporting capabilities so that each room is prepared exactly right for the next arriving guest.

Make it possible to edit the rate of an existing availability block
Currently, it’s not possible to change the rate of an availability block once it’s created. To make any adjustments, the block would need to be deleted and a new one created.
It would be very helpful to have the option to modify the rate directly without having to delete and recreate the block.:)

Hi, we need to filter by last name, but the export only contains first and last name in one cell, so we can only filter by first name.

Automatically close bills once balanced to allow pushing to integrated accounting software
It would be useful if Mews could automatically close a bill once it is balanced. This would mean the bill is pushed to integrated accounting software (e.g. Xero) at the time of payment being received, so that accounts can be easily reconciled. Currently, a booking could be made in Mews for several months in the future and payment taken at the time of booking, however the bill will not be closed and then pushed to the integrated accounting software until they check out (or it is done manually). This means accounts cannot be easily reconciled without extra work.

Simplify reservation screen
Reservation screen has multiple tabs - billing, payments, dashboard, profile. It takes a lot of steps to find all information and it doesn't sit in one place. Simplify getting around the reservation with all the details.

Be able to Push only 1 rate from Channel Manager instead of All rates
When we create a new rate in the Channel Manager, it would be best practice if we could only send that rate to the channel manager and not all the rates that we have in the channel manager as how is today. Of cause, we need to have a "full property push" available, but the option to push just the newly created rate would be the best in a day-to-day basis. Then the data that we send out is going to be much less.

Group Block Agreement
To expand on the new Group Blocks feature, I would love a simple Group Block Agreement form/report that summarizes the number of rooms blocked, the dates associated with the rooms and the nightly (pre-tax) rooms rate.
It would have a customizable "terms" section where we can note cancelation policies, block release date etc and have a signature page for the client to sign.
Right now we have to generate this outside of Mews, which creates additional work. Happy to send you a sample of what we are looking for!

Action log - downloading to .xls + export/schedules
I would like to be able to download the action log to excel. It will make it easier for me to control the work of the revenue manager who changes the prices. It would be good to be able to download this report automatically via exports ->schedules.

Add a percentage of discount directly in the voucher, to allow us to apply a private discount on any public rate with a voucher code instead of create a new rate code.

Updating and closing tasks
It would be great if you had the option to not only update a task when opening it, but also to close it from that same window. Now you need to update it, close the task and then only are you able to complete it from the list (task list or within the reservation).

Adjust a price for entire space categories SEASONALLY
Currently you can adjust a price for an entire space category for an unlimitied period of time. Could be great to have the possibility to have different prices adjustements according to certain period of time.

Have the "Tasks" doughnut also display "Future" tasks!
It makes sense to be able to see not only imminent (Pending) or past-date (Missed) tasks but also upcoming (Future) tasks on the main page ("Tasks" doughnut) - without having to go into the report every single time.
The current state of affairs makes it often necessary to remind staffers of upcoming tasks outside of that section (or outside of MEWS e.g. emails, sticky-notes et al.), which does not make for a stellar user experience.

Number of nights on invoice
Would it be possible to display the number of nights stayed both on the reservations details and the invoice. when invoicing nightly charges as a package, you see the dates but not the number of nights invoiced

Consumption time on product report
When you add a product to a reservation, you can enter a consumption time.
