I'm happy to share that this initiative is currently on our roadmap.
We'll surface the cancellation & payment policies across the reservation domain in these areas:
- Reservation screen
- Reservation module across key tabs
- Availability blocks

Great idea!
Most OTAs are now sending notes, often not important but it means to check for special requests we need to check every single reservation. AI could scan this more efficiently and emove the junk notes we do not need.
Plus currently sometimes notes are in the channel notes section, sometimes in the general notes section, having them in 1 area would be a big help.

Would love to filter by task name, becuase some tasks are set by the system they are irrelevant for some properties. Filtering by task name would make it way faster to select and close them all.

Dietary information is collected via kiosk but is not visable on any reporting.
Without visibility in reporting, staff may miss important allergies or dietary restrictions when preparing or serving food. Teams are then forced to manually check individual customer profiles, which is inefficient and unreliable.
It also makes it difficult to share important customer requirements across shifts and departments. This impacts both customer experience and operational consistency.
If dietary information is considered essential enough to collect at kiosk level, it should also be accessible through reporting so teams can review and communicate it effectively each day.
